4C is so expensive is not even mid engine behind the rear wheel, power a litle more then the BRZ, Miata, 86 and they are over 10K cheaper. And common alfa are flops in value.
It is carbon fibre though. That shits expensive. If they put a big engine in it with a luxury interior it would have been a super car and even more unobtainable. It would have been better to make it out of aluminium with a nice interior and then undercut competitors on price.
The only time I've seen a Buick Cascada on the road is when they were used as rental convertibles in Hawaii, Southern California beach communities, and Florida beach communities.
I still miss Oldsmobile & Pontiac! I still enjoy my 2004 Oldsmobile Alero (Original Owner), & my 2008 Pontiac G8 with only 40k miles. Buick should have been killed with these two brands surviving, but we all know how GM makes the biggest boneheaded decisions when it counts! Camaro in 2023 anyone?
Camry , Corolla.. Civic and Accord didn't MAKE the list REASON..THEY ARE GOOD RELIABLE AFFORDABLE CARS THAT PEOPLE BUY ! TOO BAD GM & Ford didn't FIGURE out how to do that.... They only had a 70 YEAR headstart!

What killed the "old Beetle" (in 1980) were US emissions laws. The "new Beetle" was ruined by poor reliability especially transmission issues - oh and that diesel scandal.
People buy SUV’s and crossovers because, generally, people are sheep. They do what is deemed acceptable to the rest of their mindless follower friends. It’s sad.
Buick Cascada is sold as a Vauxhall Cascada in the UK - pretty rare here too and most are diesel - never understand having a diesel convertible (noise plus potential fumes).
Because mugs like you made them so. Learn to love your own as the Koreans and Japanese do. When folks like buy a Toyota you drive them with kids' gloves because you have arrived but buy a Ford and you drive them like tractors there is where the problem lies...
The only one of the dead/dying vehicles I'm personally familiar with is the Fusion Sport. I considered it along with the top trims of the Accord, Camry, and Mazda6 last year. It was definitely the straight line hot rod of the group. And though the MSRP was the highest of the group, the dealer was willing to cut thousands of $$$ off, making it the least expensive. Perhaps if I lived in Texas or Nebraska where curves are rare and mountains are non-existent I would have been more impressed. But living in the Pacific Northwest, I wasn't. Even with the AWD that the others lacked, it handled like a pig. Just too much weight.
How could you not have fun on the Overseas Highway between Miami and Key West? I mean, boring until you hit Florida City, but after that it's all ocean and hammock. Yes, it's not a curvy driver's road, and there are a lot of small towns (and speed limits) along the way, but all kinds of scenic. I think the beetle died because it was soooo slow. It couldn't get out of it's own way.

Toyota Corolla is the best-selling car of all time
Some much equipment missing from the Alfa 4c but the first thing they talk about is the glove compartment and the...cup holders! You can immediately tell they’re Americans. How can you drive a lightweight sports car if u don’t have anywhere to put your jumbo soda?
When gas goes to 8.50 a gallon these cars will come back
@@JOHNJ0HN9111 huh? Cheap electrics right now with limited range can be had for 30k. If gas hits 8 a gallon new electrics are not going to shoot up in price, buddy. The demand curve will spike yeah but double in price....no
@Inferno Beast the price will be affected by raw material supply. But as I said above it wont cause a doubling in price.
Now, we live in a world where cross overs and suv’s are dominating..
There will be a time whene sedans are just a beautiful memory
The Audi TT ?? Are you serious
Is it a Beetle-based car? They are kinda similar in shape.
Toyota Corolla best selling of all time
Corolla, my 85 GTS was my favorite car ever
Mine was Silver with Black on the bottom. That car handled like it was in a slot ! I'm 60 Years old and have driven and owned many cars. My 86 GTS is still My favorite !
Great video is a shame that they are not building the TT anymore
There was a Fender edition of the Beetle... It was gorgeous.
20 years from now, I will still see the 1991 Toyota Camry on the road.
U are 100% right.. You are right
Lol, guess I'll be keeping my old junk... No electric go carts in my garage.....
roll eyes
The real and truly best selling car of all times: Toyota Corolla.Toyota Corolla. The first Toyota Corolla rolled off of the assembly line and into our hearts in 1966.Ford F-series. The first Ford F-150 was introduced in 1948 and was sold as the Ford Bonus Built. ... Volkswagen Golf. ... Volkswagen Beetle. ... Lada Riva. ... Honda Civic. ... Ford Escort. ... Honda Accord. ...
I could be wrong but I think the other rear engined car is the Porsche 911
Not surprised for the buick cascada.
Sad times. RIP.
And it doesnt even have an lsd
That information, applies only in USA?
Great video guys!
Damn i thought the Buick cadcada died in the 90s 😂😂
The only time I've seen a Buick Cascada on the road is when they were used as rental convertibles in Hawaii, Southern California beach communities, and Florida beach communities.
911 is the other rear engine car sold in USA
What about the R8?
rippinit 196 R8 is mid-engine
@@edipires15 oh
Cascada: I didn't know it existed.
Fusion, MKC and TT, noooooooooooooooo, so sad. Greetings from Bogota.
NOT THE TT WHYYYY
WTF is Ford going to do when there is another fuel crisis? No more bailouts for companies that make bad decisions. ENOUGH!
Smart car started in 1998 for European countries. It came to the U.S. 10 years later.
Tim Joseph I honestly can’t believe they’re still trying to sell Smart cars in the US.
Most popular car of all time..... Toyota Corolla bois
Ford Model T
Funny, I had no idea half those cars were still in production.
Good video guys.
The Corolla of course. A trip anywhere outside the US will reveal that. Well except for Germany. They love their domestics [with good reason ;) ]
Only in us and some countries in most part of the world it vw polos, hyundais and all sorts of vehicles
If you count Vibe and Matrix, I see a good number in Pennsylvania
I am so surprised no Toyota's are going way that means Toyota is very good quality in the market!!
We have a 2015 Mercedes SLK350. it's a great little car. We also have a 2017 C300. We have had five Mercedes in a row. So we are Mercedes fan guys. I really hate to see the SLK go away. 😥
Will the Lincoln MKZ still be made even though the fusion is dying?
yes, called Aviator
The Aviator is an SUV. Not a sedan.
@@warrenc2818 oops, your're right. Had a 2013 MKZ I loved but don't think they've done very well.
@@warrenc2818 ya ya , i know..my bad.
Cascade, another example of GM abandoning its customers.
Best Selling = Toyota Corolla & Ford F-150
What killed the "old Beetle" (in 1980) were US emissions laws. The "new Beetle" was ruined by poor reliability especially transmission issues - oh and that diesel scandal.
Bye Bye BMW M140i
The biggest loss in 2019!😢
M140i and the slc will be missed
People buy SUV’s and crossovers because, generally, people are sheep. They do what is deemed acceptable to the rest of their mindless follower friends. It’s sad.
When’s the Subaru Baja coming back?
Can we have one without the stupid plastic body cladding this time? Call it a GT model.
Buick Cascada is sold as a Vauxhall Cascada in the UK - pretty rare here too and most are diesel - never understand having a diesel convertible (noise plus potential fumes).
It's basically an Astra convertible hence why nobody bought it.
Since GM sold Saab and Opel, where will they get new sedans? A Chinese firm?
I was a fan of the Audi TT sad to see it go
Japanese car The most reliable car 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Because mugs like you made them so. Learn to love your own as the Koreans and Japanese do. When folks like buy a Toyota you drive them with kids' gloves because you have arrived but buy a Ford and you drive them like tractors there is where the problem lies...
Nissan's are junk
@@mitchlovinpleasegmail1957 and people still buy them.
@@saddist1Gtown I think they made them that way
The only one of the dead/dying vehicles I'm personally familiar with is the Fusion Sport.
Buy ford fusions while you can!
Ours has been amazing and the best car we have owned
The Toyota Corolla is the most sold car in the world, because Toyota used basically the name Corolla for nearly every model of their old lineup
Even the second gen Scion xB was called the Corolla Rumion in Japan.
I actually don’t like the crossovers I prefer sedans currently I’m driving a 2014 Volvo S60 t6 premier plus
The Beetle had a ton of problems is why it didn't sell
Yeh like the PITA slide latch yo remove the whole headlight just to change a bulb.
Americans missing cup holders in Alfa 4c...
Are you serious? This car was made for driving not for sipping Starbucks coffee.
And fails at both miserably.
@@stevenrobidas
Drive one than talk. This car handles better than any murican crap.
