The cleaning/laundry and restocking everything is majority of the time it takes! We have outsourced cleaning and it has been reallllly rough in a small town to find good people. We are going to be looking again for help. With almost 6 units it is too much for me to handle by myself. And to answer your question more in detail, each tiny house takes me about an hour to an hour and a half just cleaning. Then laundry takes forever and putting everything away in an organized fashion so it’s easy to grab and go for the next clean takes a while too but for cleanings I am running around the entire time of 10am check out to 4 pm check in 😅
Vacuum and wipe those faux plants, storage baskets, throw pillows and macrame decor. Get in the habit of folding your cleaning towels, open, fold back to a clean side to work with. Flipping an open handed towel isn't as sanitary. I only know this from watching my awesome house cleaners of 20 yrs 🤣 Paulette and Mike wish you and your family the best!
Can I just say I'm so happy I found this channel I just purchased a 10x16 shed and want to design for just tiny home for myself and I have scoured looking for best layout how you did your bathroom and everything is so awesome I love the layout I wanted to keep my double barn doors but being in bear country I opted for a steel door I really love all the natural light your doors have you did a marvelous job and u should be very proud! Awesome work keep the videos coming we r watching!

Chelsea does deep cleans only! She makes the place spotless. Finding a cleaner that will do a good job is one of the hardest part of having an Airbnb. Most cleaners will cut corners and we want to offer a premium stay and having a dirty space will not cut it

Yes! We were lucky that this property had septic to have traditional indoor plumbing.
