I never really checked out ape escape until we became friends. That's definitely a series I missed out on. I love jrpgs also and xenosaga looks great but 80 hours is too much right now. My daughter loves the new battlefront games but won't play the originals. Oh and yes the Corvette game....id rather be beaten with a dirty sock from a gay homeless guy that's filled with nickels then play that game ever again.
Ape Escape is god-tier to me. I love the original so much. The sequel is pretty awesome. I can see how the original Battlefronts might be a bit rough to get into as a kid now with the big advancements of the new ones. Haha, I guess I can keep Corvette on the shelf for now.
There are some nostalgic memories thanks for this unique journey Tiger👍 I have to check out your channel for sure looks interesting. Big like 35 and new subscriber from Switzerland here stay safe Tiger and merry Christmas 👋😀
I always love seeing game collections, even for consoles I never owned (like PS2). I really need to play through most of the PS1 and PS2 games I missed growing up. 3:12 I don't think I've ever been in a corvette. I'm not really a car guy. 3:57 I remember seeing this game too, but growing up Mormon this just meant it was a game I immediately struck off my potential-games-to-play list, lol. It looks pretty tame though, haha 6:16 yeah, fighting games never make it to the top of my priority list, haha. This looks ok though. 6:54 ooh, nice! Awesome memory! 8:08 yeah, I'm bugged I got rid of games. I never needed the money, but we downgraded houses for a couple years and didn't have much space, so we did a garage sale to get rid of tons of stuff, and I lost so many games because of that 10:00 hard to say, but the gameplay footage looks a little soul-less. I find that's usually a management problem. Managers are trying to chase trends and not letting the devs get passionate about the project and experiment with cool ideas they love 10:32 SW Battlefront was pretty cool. I only played it a couple times on PC, but it's very cool! 12:24 yeah, TMNT was perfect for my age range. I got into it a bunch when I was like 6. The first NES game I bought with my own money was TMNT... but it's only an ok game, sadly. Still, I played the crap outta that game as a kid, haha 14:11 yeah, this is my problem with any RPGs. I like RPGs, but I avoid them because I just don't have the time. 15:14 I never heard of this one. Fun premise! I wish I'd known about this when I played "Birds Aren't Real" as clearly this was the main influence for that bird game. Excellent showcase! I imagine this format will do well, and I assume (since you are the SEO king) that you've got each individual game tagged, which should help various difference searches all point to your vid. Awesome!
It would be so cool one day for you to visit my game room in person!! I like cars, but not like my dad. He knows everything about them. Haha I love Mormon Tales from you childhood! I can see little Cynic being interested in a game and his mother quickly putting it back on the shelf. I'm pretty bad at fighting games... but i'll play them every now and then. Ugh, I still feel bad I got rid of my games : ( You make some excellent points on RTX and why it could have failed. It does look a little soul-less. I loved Battlefront so much, I put tons and tons and tons of hours into it. Such a great game from my childhood. I missed the TMNT boat but would love to visit the franchise sometime! I LOVE RPGs, but even I have reservations on some of them. LOL yes, Birds Aren't Real and Under the Skin go hand-in-hand! Wacky games. Thanks for watching buddy!!
@ I played Corvette for a bit yeah, reminds me of Grans Turismo a little bit just with Chevy Corvettes. Has a timeline where you can drive different years of the car.
Ape Escape was so good and 2 was a decent enough follow up. I remember seeing tons of Freaky Fliers ads and likely for the same reason you remember them. Loved the Bushido Blade games and always wanted to check out Kengo. Start with TMNT from Wood Rocket studios, it'll be more up your alley I think. 😉🤭
I loved the first two Ape Escapes, I need to play the third one next! LOL you and I both wish we were on some of those planes for freaky fliers. Bushido Blade was a blast!! I wish Kengo was better. Hmmmmm Not sure I should look that TMNT up.... I don't know where you are sending me you ole trickster! Thanks for watching!
Some nice titles, and there's only 1 that I've played in that entire stack, and of course, it's Xenosaga! Under the Skin looks wild, so I will have to check it out! Can't wait to see the next one! Great video and keep up the good work!
Wow! Only one?! But of course, it's Xenosaga! Did you ever beat it? Is it worth playing through? There were some great titles in this collection vid, you should grab some of them. Thanks for watching!
@4:11 LOL "peaked" your interest.. love your word choice here 🤭 but I haven't actually seen any girls, it's just sill plane flying lol @5:12 I remember this game it was one of those I wanted but my dad didn't want to buy it because it looked too violent with fighting with swords 😒 @6:43 I never played this but I played NBA Jam on the SNES.. this better have the net catch on fire "he's on fire!" @8:51 I also have never heard/seen this one.. you'll have to let me know what's so bad about it I no longer have a ps2 😥 it looks like star wars meets 007 lol @12:33 what!? lol TMNT is still awesome!! I had this game but I don't remember if it was good or not lol! fun fact when I had my daughter and I was lying in the hospital holding her, her first movie she "watched" with me was the TMNT movie that came out in 1990, they were playing it on one of the channels. (I think TBS?) I loved that movie as a kid and thought it was cool it was on! If you watch any of the films watch that one, it has that good 90s movie feel to it!! You've been to Ireland!? jealous!!! Never heard of "Under the skin" either! @16:38 it looks like a game where you cause chaos to NPCs wandering the map lol You always are showing me games I've never seen, very cool! Excited to see more PS2 games from ya Tiger!
They tricked me with their clever marketing! I actually don't remember seeing this as a kid, maybe that's why it sold poorly. Lol Awww he is a good dad tho! Hmmm Now I can't remember if the net ever caught on fire or now. You could break the backboard though I'm pretty sure. You don't have a PS2?? Jeez... I'm not sure we can be friends anymore... Awwww!! That is an awesome memory!! I love reading stuff like that. Ireland is pretty dope, I was there for 9 days in 2022. Beautiful country and I even drove a car for the trip, so I got to drive on the wrong side of road. It was pretty crazy. Under The Skin is pretty wacky. I haven't played it yet but it looks like a blast. Thanks for watching, Val!
I had never heard of _Ape Escape,_ let alone heard of it being someone’s favorite PS game, but you continually surprise me, so that’s nothing new. 😅 Also, I had never known that _Star Wars: Battlefront_ was such an old title until I had seen it played on someone else’s channel. I had always thought it was that recently released massive pvp game! Haha, I love that you own so many games that you’ve never played and know nothing about (but I guess that’s pretty common for someone with such a massive collection 😅)! _Side note - you’ll be pleased to know that even your ads feature salacious women. I’m not sure what the mobile game was being advertised, all I know is I downloaded it and I look forward to taking my Asian-looking AI woman to the ‘Hot Springs’ soon…_ 👀
Sometimes I think you are just messing with me to mess with me about stuff like "I've never heard of Ape Escape" and the whole "I didn't know Battlefront was an old title". It legit makes me wonder what you were doing all those years haha because it's not like you just got into gaming the last few years, you've been a gamer all your life from what I understand. Well I better get some commission on those ads if you buy any of them! Thanks for watching (My content, not the ads)
I haven't played any of thede but Battlefront and TMNT look the best to me. I've played the new Battlefronts and those are a lot of fun so I'm sure the ps2 one is as well! Nice video
The OG Star Wars Battlefront is top tier 👌 We didn't get Xenosaga over here. I'll need to get a NTSC-US copy at some point. 80hrs doesn't put me off, it turns me on 😂 I'll have to track down Under the Skin 😂😂
Battlefront is so much fun, I have a lot of great memories with it. What?! No Xenosaga?! It's very interesting to hear what games you received in your region vs mine. LOL Well if you love long JRPGs... you should play Magna Carta sometime... I'm currently playing that and I'm around 70 hours and I think I'm only halfway through it. Thanks for watching!
You know what the difference is between a Corvette and a Porcupine? With a Porcupine the pricks are on the outside…😂 Nice collection dude! I say just go for it with any JRPG that sounds good to you. Sink a few hours in and see if it grabs you. If not move on to something else. Under the Skin looks like a lot of fun. 🍻🤙🏻
LOL I actually haven't heard that joke before. You must be a Ford or Dodge guy? I'm more of a Ford guy myself. You give some good advice on the JRPGs. I should test a few out before making a decision on whether to play through it. Currently I'm trying to slog through Magna Carta and I'm 70 hours in.... and I might give up haha.

Awesome list of games Seth!😊 I never heard of under the skin. Looks pretty badass!
It's a silly one for sure! If you are in the mood for some mischief, you should play it! Thanks for watching buddy!
Enjoyed this one. I had Corvette in my older PS2 collection. However Ape Escape is awesome!
Did you ever play Corvette? Is it any good? Ape Escape is a blast, I truly do love that series. Thanks for watching!

@@TigerChainsawVideoGames Real quick, on Ape Escape; I just recently began Astro Bot and played that themed level and just WOW did it take me back!!
@ haven’t played Astro Bot but I’ve heard there is a little nugget in there for Ape Escape lovers!

@TigerChainsawVideoGames Yes it's totally worth playing! It has long cut scenes, sure, but the story is good and you will definitely like Kos-Mos lol!
@danofwar101 I actually love long cut scenes!
