A lot of people are upset that the N250 has 5 gears, even though it wasn't meant to have 6. Many are claiming that you can modify the engine and do a 6 speed swap/conversion. Please tell us, what is possible and what is not.
as of my knowledge it is simply not possible... you might try to do some juggad to get the work done. but the question comes out to be why you want to do that. is the 5th gear not enough ...and do you want to play with the reliability of a perfectly fine engine .

Hey bro, I recently installed an Akrapovic R1M exhaust on my NS200 2023. However, I'm facing an issue where my engine gets overheated after just a 2km drive at a speed of 60kmph on a non-traffic road. Do you have any ideas for resolving this, or should I just swap back to my stock exhaust?
first of all how are you noticing a overheating is it showing on the dash or you are feeling in your legs .or the fan running frequently. i would suggest to first get the bike radiator and coolant checked. also. the exhaust might make your bike runa bit lean.causing heating but should not be a issue in just 2 km . a through study is required my friend
Brother i have ns 200 bs3 2013 model it showroom maintain bike and i am facing problem regarding power when I throttle my bike it goes 120+ in 5th gear but when i sift the top gear speed decrease and come up on 95-98 showroom not identify the problem 3 time change my cluth assembly and engine is also tint like new condition does you suggest me what i do
could be multiple reasons.. but the bike losing power in a particular gear is a bit strange for me . i would suggest you to get the bike checked by a good professional. as of my knowledge there could be a issue with your carburettor . transmission or fueling.. get them checked also.

DOHC NOT GIVE BETTER MILEAGE THAN SOHC.
And VVT gives power when you need it. Something bajaj need to explore
