    No matter how good fat is, it's not good to eat too much.
    "Normal meals are non-oil" is just right.
    Could it be fat deficiency?
    That's not true.
    Fats and oils are more than enough from materials such as fish, sesame, soy products, nuts, meat, and eggs.
    Today I'd like to introduce you to the non-fried potato croquette, which is a staple dish in our family, and we've been making it for nearly 30 years.
    Since it is not fried in oil, there is no need for frying oil and it is easy to use.

    【material】
    200 g of potatoes, peeled
    Minced Pork 60 grams
    1/2 onion
    1 tbsp condensed milk
    Salt and pepper as needed

    1 tablespoon of milk
    Soft flour 3 tbsp
     Salt, pepper, and curry powder as needed
    Bread crumbs about 1/2 bag
    [Preparation]
    Chop the onion and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes.
    Boil minced pork in salted water to remove fat.
    Bake the bread crumbs in an oven at 180 degrees until browned.
    [How to make]
    1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into appropriate sizes, and boil them in plenty of hot water. Drain off the water in the same way as a small fukiimo, and mash while it is still hot.
    2. Add onions and minced meat to potatoes, add condensed milk, and season with salt and pepper.
    3. Roll into an oval shape of appropriate size.
    4. Mix the batter ingredients. Dip it in the croquette and sprinkle the bread crumbs around it.
    5. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 7-8 minutes.

    If you mix the flour and egg together, the batter will adhere to the batter, and the number of steps will be reduced by one step, making it quicker.
    〇Instead of not frying in oil, condensed milk is added as a secret ingredient.
