I became single in March. A blessing in disguise my darling. Believe me. Sometimes we need to feel the pains to grow. What is meant for us will never pass us by.
Create your own sanctuary. Every bath can be a spa experience. Eat well. Dance. Dress well. Get a pet. Stay in touch with the good people in your life. Scroll less. Do smaller shops so you go put more often for things you need. Don't rush anything ever and protect your heart and love your body with the same love you was giving out to the ex. Make no comparisons. Wardrobe tweaks. Salon trips. Hair did. Nails. Learn a language. Save money. Write poetry or other creative arts, sing even if you cant hit the notes. Watch what you like. Sleep soundly. Fresh air and Sunlight. Swim. Hydrate every cell by drinking water and moisturise your skin with love daily. I am healed and happy by doing these things✨️

My ex-husband didn’t want the normal things men want.
He didn’t want to help with difficult tasks.. He didn’t want to be there for me for moral support, and he withheld intimacy and love.
I did the things that we all grew up learning are the things that make men happy. He didn’t care about any of it. He liked doing what he wanted when he wanted, and make all of the big life decisions for BOTH of us, and our children, based on how would affect him.
The kicker is, I did not argue with him about the things he did. He still was never satisfied

He sounds like a real sociopath or a narcissist. Hard to tell the difference between the two anymore. Well, maybe he's both it's called a malignant narcissist, and they are very dangerous so be careful.

Same here. At first when we were fairing he was I assume - lying. When we moved together he stopped getting out of bed, only play video games and drinking beer. He is literally 23h a day in bed every day. Does absolutely nothing , he doesn’t care where I am and if I am safe. I moved out from bedroom 18 months ago , no hugging , any physical content , not even sex. He does not care about bills, apartment , car , groceries - nothing at all . He lives of takeaways and get out of bed only to the toilet. He is the most lying and lazy person I know 😢😮 how come can someone lie so much and hide his true colours !!!

I feel that when I’m around a man who is in his divine masculinity I automatically act in the way that you’re describing. Asking for help or advice, praising him, expressing appreciation about him and complimenting him in front of others, teasing him lightly (when he speaks my language which is the cutest)😅, gently giving feedback, slowing him down when it comes to physical intimacy in order to create a deeper connection (already before getting there it’s important to take your time).

With markets tumbling, inflation soaring, the Fed imposing large interest-rate hike, while treasury yields are rising rapidly-which means more red ink for portfolios this quarter. How can I profit from the current volatile market, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $125k bond/stocck portfoli0

It’s precisely at times like these that investors need to be on guard against the next certainty. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.

Right, I've been in constant touch with a fiinancial-analyst since covid . You know these days it's really easy to buy into trending stock`s, but the task is determining when to buy or sell . My advisorr decides entry and exit commands on my portfoliio, I've accrued over $300k from an initially stagnant reserve of $150K.

    1) Leaning on him (show ur vulnerability)
    2) Bragging about him in front of other people. Appreciate him. Eg: His patience. How supportive he is.
    3) Teasing and flirting. Playful banter.
    4) Constructive criticism. Balancing unwavering support and honest feedback. It’ll deepen trust and respect.
    5) Intimacy. Connecting on a deeper level. Emotional connection.

Ismael, my close female friends would tell me that their husbands admired the wife I was & couldn't understand why my ex was hurting me. That woman was a good happy person & loved the Lord. But, she wanted to move back to Long Island because they had a small child & wanted more children was active in church so she wanted to be back where her mother could help them. But she took the time out to let me know she was worried about what was going on in my marriage.

but if you had an alcoholic husband, who thought his only job was to bring home money, and then squeezed every dollar making you account for every penny, and always put the dollar bill ahead of you, as well as his comfort always ahead of you… You would have to lie to say anything nice if you never felt that he cared More about you than his money or Comfort. If I had a husband who did nice things for me, and who loved me, I would have no problem, commenting on the truth about how my husband was! but reality for most women… Men are extremely selfish and get More selfish by the day.

    • @JulietNicole-vz5fb

Am sorry to hear that but the truth is he can change through the respect and love you give him and of course talking to God about him only Him can change a soul.
But also if the relationship is toxic I'll strongly advice you to separate sometime separation brings us to our senses.

This is ok for basic simple men, very valuated but to narcissist or toxic guys or Who doesn't have the maturity in his way of life, right views about this world... These can't never fix it better...
Anyways good solution is only meanfull to a "good" guy... These advices are so effective but just one side work can never place it a good result. In this case "good" men matter (equaly).

Sometimes it doesn't work in all relationships. Before a woman stop leaning on a man she may have seen the man is not reliable. For some men if you don't have a second option to a request, an advice etc they will put you to Shame. Some just can't make you rely or brag about them. You brag about them at your own risk. They will disappoint you.
