    Great vid!!
    No sex till marriage increases the depth of emotional, mental, spiritual bonding....for LIFE!
    I waited till marriage.
    We've been married for 17 years and it feels like we love one another more each day.
    We have 2 boys, one with cerebral palsy, yet despite some challenges, it's as if the solid devoted foundation of our marriage has enabled us to stand super strong together, facing the struggles, yet the romantic feelings are intensifying & aging like a fine wine.
    Never underestimate the (unexpected) FAR-reaching blessings of saving wifey benefits (sex) till marriage. 💯
    Vive la différence! 💃🕺

    Not sure if you know much about this topic, but I’d love to see a video about dating men who have been divorced. It’s the worst time of their life and men who were established with a successful career and a home suddenly find themselves feeling broke and starting over. Then there’s coparenting and child support. When is it safe to date them and what to watch out for and how to face discussions about lifestyle expectations while also not being disrespectful given their circumstances? If he’s a good man and once had it all, but now will be rebuilding for awhile, should a woman wait to date him until he recovers financially or be with him in the hardship? It’s not just about the money, but more about his mindset and self worth issues and what losing stability does to a man’s psyche and behaviors that I’m worried about.

    • @MadisonEstes
      @MadisonEstes 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Considering how fragile men are even in the best circumstances, I would absolutely wait until he was financially recovered. He may think of you as a placeholder if you allow him to date you right now because unfortunately humans are horrible and illogical and most men wouldn't think the logical thing--this woman is so great for waiting to join herself to me while I'm struggling, she must really love me--but the reality is, subconsciously at least he's thinking--why is this woman interested in me while I have nothing? She must have low self-esteem/ be desperate--and then when he's back on his feet he'll replace you with someone he considers "high quality" someone who would not tolerate him while he was still getting his act together. I think the best thing you can do is tell him you will be his friend right now. And don't have sex with him. Whatever you do, don't have sex with him until he's stable and pursing you is his priority. A lot of guys date a couple rebounds after a divorce, so be careful and pay attention to his actions, not his words. And if you are already sleeping together, kindly friendzone him for the time being.

      I learned just to be there…many times they need company and want to talk. Give him a soft place to fall…but make it positive talk. They don’t need advice…Companionship. Go to dinner and have a great time so he remembers good company. I wouldn’t get involved when his children are around. It makes it complicated for them, him and you. High potential for rebound until he gets his head on straight.

    • @MadisonEstes
      @MadisonEstes 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The most important thing is that you don't address his flakiness. I did that and instead of just giving him space, because we hadn't seen each other in awhile and I really wanted to see him, when he asked to postpone us seeing each other so he could hang out with his friends, I panicked and told him I needed to see him to feel like I could trust that he keeps his word. Plus I felt (and still do honestly) that it was BS he picked his friends over me since he sees them every week and we hadn't seen each other in 3 weeks. Well he dumped me the next day instead of seeing me. So yeah, just don't freak out if he cancels plans or reschedules a few times. Just say, "Oh that would actually help me out because I have [activity/excuse]." You could try that a few times. Try to be as "busy" as he is. If he keeps doing it over and over though, it might be something you have to address because he might actually just not be into you.

    Why do men lie? I was talking to a guy on a dating app. He suggested he would plan a date when I returned from a trip. He said he’d wait for me. The day of my flight he checked on me to make sure my flight went okay. Then he leaves me on read when I sent him a few songs on my playlist, and I asked him what he was listening to. I did this in the middle of my trip as a check in and to keep the connection going. A few days later he deletes his account. I’ve summed it up to him not liking my taste in music. The rudeness of lying and leading someone on though. I would have appreciated a reply like this is not going to work. Maybe this day and age people just don’t have the courtesy.

    • @kayjeffs3741
      @kayjeffs3741 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

      Also, a man who wants to het to know you will progres the conversation to phone, then date. If he's still talking to you on an app, then he's not that serious about hetting to know you.

    • @MadisonEstes
      @MadisonEstes 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Never take it personally before you get the meeting stage. He probably either went on a couple amazing dates with someone and decided he wanted to only focus on them, or maybe a previous ex came back into the picture and he wanted to get back together with her. Until you've actually met face-to-face or at least talked on the phone, I don't think anyone owes anyone an explanation for disappearing. That's just how it is these days. I'm sorry you are hurt though. Just know it isn't about you or anything you did. It had nothing to do with your musical tastes.
