    Great video! In the U.S., most IT and Tech companies don't want you to have 2 jobs at the same time. In the U.S. is called "Moonlighting". I've seen friends and co-workers get fired or told to quit the other job, because it interfered with their main job. I've held two IT jobs at the same time before but you have to make sure both companies are ok with you working two jobs.

    Mam, my Experience Letter also kept on Hold.
    I am Architect (~PM) with 15+ experience, I was hired with promise of EU project & Onsite, Relocation Reimbursement...!
    Company given Japan Project, with NO Project, NO onsite, WFH - No relocation need told by PM, when I uploaded Household !
    I was asked to resign by HR on June'22 after 6 months of releases from 1st Old project for First project's rating on Jan'21 by Such Exploiting Arrogant Egoist Clientside onsite Translator-Manager-Harasser, when I was a Key person in new Client Business Meeting on Travel, so instead of within One day resign, they forced my New DM to manage to get backup within 1 month & I return, they had to do unwillingly, they told over call & I have record too.
    Point to note, after my release from 1st old project, within 2 months I got interviewed by New Clients & New DM & selected ... Within 3 months by March22, old 1st project got 20 resignations out of 23 remain.... Team was in Autopilot with Freshers only, without any Lead & Architect !

    I had a bike accident in May 2019. My left leg ligament and cervical disk started hurting. After 5 days, I handed in a hard copy of my resignation letter. However, my manager refused to accept it, believing the injury wasn't critical. 10 days later, I went to my native place and was admitted to the district hospital for 6 days, followed by around 4 to 5 months of bed rest. I have photocopies of all medical documents, including admission consent letter, initial assessment letter, and progress sheets for six days. How can I obtain my relieving letter if HR has changed he mentioned as absconded and is not providing relieving letter , along with completing the full and final settlement?

    Mam, I worked in small finance bank, I had not serve my notice period. So they didn't gave me relieving letter since today. I applied to new bank, but due to not having a relieving letter they didn't gave me joining. I have 6 months of experience in small finance bank.
    Please mam, tell me what I do to join the new microfinance bank? Is there a way.?

    My self nitin , i have recently joined a company on 5-sep-2023.In my offer letter they have not mentioned any probation period which unfortunately i assumed that for three months i am in probation(notice period is 90 days). Now i have received offer from other company and they are ready to on board me without releiving and experience letter from my current employer.My next employer gave joining date as 8-jan initially basis on which i resigned. But now my next employer want me to join by 15 nov i am also keen to join them(they said they have to revoke offer if canot join by 15-nov).i have told my current employer that i will be able to server notice till 10-nov.if i dont serve notice period with my current employer will there be any problem.i dont want to miss on the opportunity with my next employer as its a very good company.Her my manager said you have to server full notice period.Kindly guide what could be future issues and may be how can i handle them. Its just 2 months gap that i will have

    07:11 - what if a person has not done dual employment but charged as dual employment. need a detailed answer . If not given shall I hide that experience from the previous job in the resume. Like a person has worked for 3 years. 1 and a half he / she strived to get some experience in order to get a better job.Next job he/she completes his/her job for 2 years then wants to move on in building a better career then they are forced to continue for more 3 years to stay in the company . If he / she doesn't approve that there employment is being stopped and fakely declaring termination or other threats. So what can be done ? Since 4 months I'm getting rejected by the companies that im applying. IS THERE ANY SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM NEED SOME SERIOUS ANSWERS .
    Should I hide the previous job experience from my resume in order to get better jobs.
    Is it the end of one's employment ?
    NEED SERIOUS HELP !

    Mam if company does breach of contract by delaying salary every month.... Because of which employees want to leave company without serving notice period..... Can company (who is not paying on time salary) stop our reliving or experience letter in such case

    I already send joint declaration form for father name correction.dont know how much time it will take.

      Dear, it really depends, if employee have a good manager, he can just waive off the notice period.. otherwise also if employee is paying for notice then it shouldn't be a problem..

    I have a serious question..
    Regarding my relieving letter from HDFC life.. in this company i have worked for 21 months through the PGPLI course which was of 11 months.. I joined new organisations Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance on 06/09/2021 after completing my notice period . current company not asked me about relieving letter that's why I never thought about my relieving letter from HDFC life i forgot about that. Now I have mailed HDFC life HR for my relieving letter then the reply was that you were not completed the course you were on intern so u r not eligible for relieving.
    Kindly mam suggest me what should I do? I have worked for 21 months the course of PGPLI was only 11 months.. how can I show to upcoming company for that experience.. 🙏
    Mam I have a offer letter from a reputed bank.. I was mentioned HDFC life experience.. I have also offer letter and pay slips also last pay FF settlement slips..

      No...consider MBA as an investment and not just any othet degree.
