    ขอบคุณนะครู I've stopped learning thai due to schoolworks, can't manage my time and cannot handle the stress. However, after a while I've decided to go back again from learning thai, I'm forgetting a lot of vocabulary and also have forgotten the tones rules and thai consonants itself. Therefore, I go here to your channel because I know before that I can easily understand and learn them again because of your articulated and detailed explanation. And here I am now, I learned them so fast perhaps I already knew some of the letters and can read thai as well. Even so, I still wanna thank you for doing this video to help students who want to learn the thai language. Your videos are so helpful for someone like me who is eager to learn. I cannot wait to speak thai well. I will do my very best to study and to learn. Again, ขอบคุณมากๆครูครับ

    I think the playlist should be reorganized. I really enjoy your videos. I have had so much doubt about how I'm reading vowels but the words you add to read, really makes it stick.

    This classes of consonants differentiation is falang stuff only. For Thai natives this is hyperintellectual rocket science and they couldn't care less. They do everything BY EAR.
    I side with them, although I find myself half deaf compared to natives. The more I watch grammar channels, the more confused I get. But I like Waree's channel for reference.

      Exactly! For instance, how do Chinese people learn their tones? There aren't any complicated tone rules in their language. With that being said, Thai does have the rules so the only way to get this to stick is by practicing every class and then it will stick.

    Sawadeeka. I have a question. It's regarding the word at 29:49. แตก does not have any tone mark, it is a long vowel and it is a middle consonant. Why is it a low tone? And not a mid tone? Thank you very much, Teacher Waree. I am benefitting a lot from your lessons. I finished learning 44 consonants and 30 vowels in 3 days. I am just getting myself familiarised with the different consonant classes and the tones now.

      @kruuwareeallaboutthai5363  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      we read แตก low tone because this word is end with stop final sound ( ก ) . Middle consonant + any vowels + stop final sound = low tone
      you can learn more about final sound from this video

    I have a doubt Kruu Varee
    Low Class Consonant+Mai ek + Long vowel
    Gives what tone naa kha?
    And also
    Low Class Consonant+Mai ek +long vowel gives what tone
    Naa kha?

    • @kruuwareeallaboutthai5363
      @kruuwareeallaboutthai5363  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jwagin Jwagin low class + mai eek+ long vowels = read falling tone. Example ย่า = yaâ = father’s mother

    • @kruuwareeallaboutthai5363
      @kruuwareeallaboutthai5363  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jwagin Jwagin low class + mai eek + short vowels = falling tone
      By the rules need to read falling tone but in conversation, thai people like to say low tone
      Example ล่ะ = lâ = what about? But when speaking in conversation, we like to say là ( low tone)

    • @michaeljvm
      @michaeljvm 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      then why ค่ะ mean you know sentence ending particle naa kha but ค่า mean cost or expenditure?ทำไมนะค่ะ?

    • @kruuwareeallaboutthai5363
      @kruuwareeallaboutthai5363  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jwagin Jwagin ค่ะ is short vowel
      ค่า is long vowel
      So they are different words and meaning.
