    I had a home BBQ session last week. I BBQ this eggplant and dressed the same garlic chili oil on top. My family loved it so much and overwhelmed with it. So this round, I make the eggplant in home-baked style, and it turns same good taste. Besides, the color is nicer as I can control the fire in the oven.
    上个星期我在家里弄了个小型烧烤。我就烤了茄子,上面铺上这一个蒜香油。家人喜爱得不得了。这一次,我在家里面的烤箱里弄。味道一样的好,颜色也出奇的佳,那是因为在烤箱可以自己调整烤箱的火候。
    You can remove red chili from the recipe if you prefer non-spicy. You can play with the ingredients, no problem! You can also sprinkle some chopped fresh spring onion on top when serving, it’s more presentable!
    如果您个人不爱吃辣,可以将辣椒去除。您可以在食材上做调整,绝对没问题。也建议您在菜肴完成后,撒上新鲜小葱花,更美观!

    不用煎炸爆炒茄子,只是大量油煎炸青葱
    ,蒜头,红辣椒,指天椒,蚝油,而已。
