While I agree with your criticism about the gods and Jay+LD, I gotta disagree with you on the fate of the universes. The fact that the fate of all the people we met and universes we visited is left unclear at best is VITALLY important for Fionna’s arc! And Cakes arc too when it comes to vampire world in particular. Fionna needed that reality check because her arc was importantly going from mundanity to living out a power fantasy to seeing the consequences of living out the power fantasy. And the fact that each universe they visit is worse off than the last (excluding baby world) is what drives that arc forward
I extremely disagree. BMO’s presence didn’t “technically” drive the plot towards the reveal of this universe’s true nature, but that reveal wasn’t the whole plot. The plot of that episode was extremely driven by BMO’s antics, and he gave the audience a sense of still-uneasy levity about this barren world while also providing context to main gang and the audience for what it is we’re looking at
ok but hear me out, adventure time future. with sweet p being the next billy and sharmy and beth having to fight the OG classic lich. not farmworld lich, classic lich the one sealed in sweet p.
That does sound good no lie When I said I didn’t want another season, I meant specifically of Fionna and Cake. I consider theirs and Simon’s story complete, I’m all for more adventure time stories exploring other characters
When you said it came out 13 years ago, my head broke for a sec cause I still remember watching season 1 premiere
Man I feel old.
Well done

It really sucks when you realize they killed BMO for shock value... This man did not advance the plot, BMO could've just took them to "jerry" but no.

That could be dope, but it'd probably be called "Adventure Time 1000+" like the graybles episode
That does sound good no lie
