While you were playing that super-speed recitation, I understood two things... "Allahu akbar" and "daaaaalliin"... That's it... I don't understand people that recite the Qur'an (or anything else for that matter like Du'a) at hyperspeed... You can't possibly be reflecting on what you're saying to Allah. It's like when I hear people say "Salla Allahu 3aleyhi wa sallam" after the Prophet's name (PBUH), and they say it so fast that the words come out all garbled, like "sawasam" ... It doesn't feel like a blessing... It feels disrespectful to me.
This is what I found, that it is allowed to complete the Qur'an within 3 days minimum... Yazid ibn Abdullah said that Abdullah ibn Amr asked the Prophet (ﷺ): In how many days should I complete the recitation of the whole Qur'an, Messenger of Allah? He replied: In one month. He said: I am more energetic to complete it in a period less than this. He kept on repeating these words and lessening the period until he said: Complete its recitation in seven days. He again said: I am more energetic to complete it in a period less than this. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: He who finishes the recitation of the Qur'an in less than three days does not understand it.

Narrated Mujahid from `Abdullah bin `Amr: The Prophet (ﷺ) said (to `Abdullah), "Fast three days a month." `Abdullah said, (to the Prophet) "I am able to fast more than that." They kept on arguing on this matter till the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Fast on alternate days, and recite the whole Qur'an once a month." `Abdullah said, "I can recite more (in a month)," and the argument went on till the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Recite the Qur'an once each three days." (ie you must not recite the whole Qur'an in less than three days).
The ones praying lightning salah in the video is from Indonesia, some madrasahs and mosques in Java do that so that they can do 23 tarawih quickly. Heretics 😂.
If you pronounce the words fully, don't commit clear/ major mistakes, and you don't merge letters together, then of course that's permissible in shaa Allah.

Speed is relative. Tarteel in comparison to tahqiq is faster, but in comparison to hadr it is slow. It is the average speed that is best used if you want to recite the Quran Hope this helps in shaa Allah.

I think you have made a mistake because the minimum limit to finish Quran is 3 days according to Sahih Bukhari 1978
