    Just to clarify point 1.
The sin is actually upon those who memorize the Qur'an then deliberately turn away from it e.g. he may say I memorize it but ıill leave ıt for a ye.
However if you forget but you're doing your best to keep up, then there's no sin, Inshallah.

    • @MuhammedDenix
      @MuhammedDenix หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ibnuwahab1624
That's what i'm saying. If somebody forgets it by accedent, it's obviously not their fault. But if somebody abandens its recitation then forgets it, then it is. The evidence for this is as follows.
The sins of my ummah were shown to me and there is no sin greater than that of a man who was given or was helped to memorize a soorah or an aayah of the Qur’aan and then he forgot it.
Though some scholars like Al-Bukhari say it is weak, others like imam an=Nawawi may Allah have mercy on him say it is a sin based on this hadith. Either way, forgetting the Qur'an due to negligence, even if we were to say for arguments sake is not a sin, is still very improper and rude towards Allah Azza Wa Jal.

2; The Qur'aan (both the physical mushaf and the phone app) should not be put on the floor.
3; Nothing (object) should be put on the Qur'aan.
4; Fatiha must be on top when the Qur'aan is closed.
5; One must not put a mark on the Qur'aan (for example, using a pen or a pencil to underline or circle a part that you forget or confuse with other parts).
May ALLAH use you to spread good in every way, kind, shape, and form.

Definitely the mushaf of the Quran should be respected too.

Salam brother can you do Dua for me because I want my manzil to be strong and nafl to be strong and know my Quran properly 100% before reading to my teacher. I want to recite my Quran with tajweed and understand what every word of the Quran means in English, understand Urdu and fix our grammar. Put Quran inside my heart without any issue. Remove my problems, difficulties, hardships and issues. Make my mind become fresh when I read to my teacher. Make me feel confident. Make me remember new things like duas, kalimas and make me know 114 Surahs by heart without forgetting it or struggling on one line, ayat or ruku. Also make me know what comes next in each surah. Remove my weaknesses that I’ve already have in the Quran and real life make it become easy for me and strong. Give ill people shifa, heeling and recovery. Make me become full alim. Thank you please do keep me in your duas and I will keep you in my duas.

I would ask your local imam. From my understanding, there is actually widerange of opinions on this topic depending on the scholar u follow. This is taken from surah al Waqi'ah and the different interpretation. Its scary because what if one person has the wrong answer. Then u are stopping women from readin while on their period and preventing them from connecting with the quran. The phone loophole doesnt seem logic at all nor to use a ruler or other item. But if it is indeed haram, then people would be sinning as it would be seen as a direct order from God. Read the opinion of different scholars and different medhabs and ask ur local imam before making a choice
Edit : I would like to add that it is always seen preferable to have wudu by respect in those who believe it is not necessary but it would allow women to read during menses. Once again, ask ur local imam and look the different opinions betwee hanafis and malikis

When I was a student, we asked this question to our teacher and he said there's nothing wrong with it. In general, as long as you're not destroying or damaging the mushaf, you should be okay. Most studies have found that the floor is as clean if not cleaner than tables or other furniture, which is contrary to what people believe.

@@rizkyadiyanto7922 Yeah this is a misconception. Feet are not as dirty as people think or shoes for that matter. Hands are dirtier in general. In a house, areas where hands touch are often the dirtier such as door handles, telephone, spectacles. This might be hard to believe, but even a toilet seat is cleaner than a table. Bacteria is more likely to be present on places you touch often and since peopel touches their desk or table often if they're reading, using a computer or eating, they have more bacteria.

My understanding of getting double reward of one who recites with difficulties is to compensate him lower reciting speed as every letter gives reward. Less recitation speed with double reward.
When one recites fluently he doesn’t get reward by struggling but massive quantity of letters he recites. Higher recitation speed with single reward eventually is more beneficial.

It is not permissible for one who is in a state of impurity to touch the Mus-haf without a barrier, according to the majority of jurists, because of what it says in the letter of `Amr ibn Hazm (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) sent to the people of Yemen, in which it says: “No one should touch the Quran except one who is in a state of purity.” (Narrated by Malik, 468; Ibn Hibban, 793; Al-Bayhaqi, 1/87)
Ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “The Hadith in the book mentioned was classed as authentic by a number of Imams in terms of the Isnad (chain of narrators) and in terms of its been a widely-circulated Hadith.”
Ash-Shafi`i (may Allah have mercy on him) said in Ar-Risalah: “They did not accept this Hadith until it was proven to them that it was the letter of the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him). Ibn `Abd Al-Barr (may Allah have mercy on him) said: This is a letter that is well known to the scholars of the Prophet’s biography, and its contents are well known to the scholars; it is so well known that there is no need for an Isnad, because it is like a Mutawatir report (one that is narrated by so many from so many that it is inconceivable that they could have agreed upon a lie); this is why people are aware of it and have accepted it ." (At-Talkhis Al-Habir, 4/17)
