Hi I been watching your video on lungs and I ❤them and I been sick and know I'm on a low dose of oxygen 5 m so now I'm trying to get off of it by doing small things around the house and doing your exercise and I agree we appreciate the ones I've been seeing but I'm just wondering if you have any that would help me get rid of the oxygen for good my doctor says I really don't need it only because I've been so sick what's the COPD and I had the flu ammonia who was in the hospital now I'm home and trying to get rid of everything I can to get carbon dioxide out of my system on another machine that I use at night to help me but if you have any cleaners I would appreciate them and I love watching your videos they are really interesting and I do do them they have helped me out a lot

Hello Elizabeth, I write you from Ecuador. I am 31 years old. I suffered a spontaneous pneumotorax, in emergency I got a chest tube, then on the third day the pneumotorax came back. The doctors decided to do an operation, a videotoroscopy, my lung was good and they did a Mecanical Pleurodesis; again on the third day at home the pneumotorax came back. Finally the doctors decided to do a chemical pleurodesis. To resume, I had 4 chest tubes and two operations. I was in hospital for about a month. Now I am better, but I feel pain, the doctors told me that with a good theraphy I will recover a better condition and absorb some liquid. Please recommend me something. Thank you.

Why not just inhale through one nostril?
