    I apreciate the exercises and descriptions. Would have prefered Ashley to have done each of the exercises for the full 30 -60 seconds. I spent much time pausing the video so I could do the full 30 seconds each time.

    A few years ago, I did in-house exercises. Last year for eight months, I did virtual exercises, and that was fine. I learned a lot in 16 minutes and planned on learning the drills you have. Ashley, in June 2023, a few months from now, I will be 79. Can those who still ride a bike continue with it? And if biking is challenging on the knees, get an e-bike. I use pedal assist and do ten miles daily when the weather permits.

    This was very helpful. Thank you for making this video. As I suffer with vertigo from time to time. I'm in the process of starting to quit smoking as well.

    Thank you…perhaps in a future segment…you can explain the importance of lifting stretching and extending your arms, hands, fingers and even your legs & toes. I call it storing oxygen.

    Thank you so much Ashley! I'm recovering from long Covid and I'm asthmatic, I am already doing breathing exercises, but these exercises are so very helpful to get my body moving again after so little activity. Your demonstration was excellent and very much appreciated! Very best wishes to you.

    Very helpful, many thanks. Just the right length for me. Still very weak after pneumonia and with another chronic condition. Watching from Australia. I would love to find a very easy cardio class as well - the music keeps me motivated.

      @caroline8653 if you are still looking for pulmonary exercises. Tap in “Pulmonary Rehab Daily Fitness and Exercise” into the search bar at top right, then look for a video with the picture of a lady sitting down with a grey cardigan and black leotard. Click on that and first of all a gentleman w tell you about the video. It is excellent and is all done to nice music. Do what you can and just do gentle exercises if there are exercises you may find a little difficult. All best wishes 😊

    I am a patient of IPF , your exercises are great, but I run out of breath, so I stop as I do but I for sure can do them perfectly well as shown.

    Do you do these exercises with oxygen 02 therapy on , or off ?

    • @BreathingCenterofHouston
      @BreathingCenterofHouston  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Whatever your doctor suggests. We have many patients in our clinics that do exercises on oxygen and a lot that do it without oxygen too, just depends on their blood oxygen saturation upon exertion.
