This is fantastic Dianna! Your prayers are so powerful! I could listen to you pray all day! It's so interesting how some people just grab a hold of your heart when they're praying. It's always that way to some level as a believer I think. But some more than others. Sometimes there is just more of a connection in the words.

So many of my Christian friends today speak more about politics than they do about Christ. Lately, I've been so tired of the mud slinging by those who are supposed to be shining his light... Sadly, they don't even care that their words hurt other people because, "they have a right to free speech." They don't care that their actions sends a strong message to our lost people who are looking to us to show the love of Jesus. So, thank you again. ❤🙏
I amnot able to get on my knees anymore due to severe physical limitations. I do sit in my reading chair or lay in my bed and pray. Or sit outside in summer chair alone .
I had a friend in the same boat .. standing and kneeling became quiet a challenge in her later years.. I saw that it was a blessing to worship in that way .. but some comfort for you , The most important thing is the posture of the heart :) He sees the heart and hears you

I love the weekly overview because days are so different, so some days I can snatch a little reading and other days do deep dives while the reading block goal gets me through the scriptures as a whole.

God hears you no matter what but maybe you feel that more when you’re more focused in your body as well as your mind. Is there a different specific position you can use that works for your body?

???Why are we skipping over the very first verse you posted? John 14:12 says we will do the SAME things Jesus did, which was to HEAL the SICK, CAST OUT DEMONS and SAVE the LOST. Are we healing people? No. There are people on this feed that can't even get around well. We are Jesus' representatives, and Jesus commanded us to HEAL the sick. Jesus told the illness to GET OUT! Then He told the person to GET UP! GO HOME! We need to stop quibbling over peace and how to pray and instead... obey Jesus' command in John 14:12 abd DO THE SAME THINGS JESUS DID! GO HEAL someone! Keep people out of the hospital! Keep them from losing their retirement money on medical bills! HEAL THEM!!!
Their faith is involved unless it is the working of miracles which is given as the Spirit wills at a particular time. Jesus said “your faith has made thee whole”. We are not the healer, Jesus is. Why would we not talk about peace. We serve the Prince of Peace.

About 6 months ago I started kneeling to pray in the morning right after I make the bed and it’s transformed my days!

By kneeling for prayer, my mind & my body become focused on God. I put in ear plugs to block out the noises of my house.
