04:14 Should you buy the Jabra Elite 10 Gen 2? - วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี
They'd sell more if they open sourced their entire source code and just let us take over updates and functionality since theyre discontinued anyways.
Jabra announced that they are going to stop making earbuds. I'm concerned about firmware updates and support
When was the last time you actually needed an firmware update for your earbuds?!
As long as the app and base features work fine there is no need for that.
Pretty sure they will support them for 3-6 months at minimum which should fix all major things
@@FenrirAlter Bugs. A lot of bugs. I'm on Elite7
Typically when they discontinue they will support for a short period before cutting out support entirely, I have had several Jabra earbuds in the past and only got like 1 firmware update in the life of the earbuds anyway
@@BruiserZombyZone does not justify selling the same price then
@@kl4224 Well them releasing a new pair of earbuds and discontinuing them immediately is not a great business practice either. Just buy something else if you don't like the price.
I have the Gen 1 Elite 10's, and absolutely love them. But from a sound perspective, I do prefer the Sony XM5's. But while I'm at work, shifting from work phone to personal phone on a dime, the Elite 10s are superior. Glad to own both, but I'm glad Jabra released a great product before ending the line.
I have the gen 1’s and still want these lol.
I am debating which one to buy for jogging and bike rides, 10 or 8... Which of them blocks out wind noise better?
How important are continuous updates for earbuds? I would think if the bugs have been worked out then updates shouldn't be necessary. Unless there is a security flaw?
True but depends on the price point
How can you distinguish between gen 1 and gen 2 just by looking at it, or looking at the packaging?
The pairing buttons on the front for gen 2
Could you test the AKG N5 Hybrid please?
Why do mines ANC not seem to work? It makes no difference from when they're off.
in the app there is a slider to set which level of anc u desire. also there is anc, ambient and off function
@@tehhalia903 Is still very bad outdoors, I can hear everything. Traffic, people talking. I have Jabra Elite 7 and its better than this one.
What ia the difference gen 1 and gen 2?
I would like to know that two.
Lg did it earlier and bowers & wilkins did that too.
2:16 who is this guy? I feel like I'm watching a Pantene Pro-V commercial. I noticed they used him to model the device instead of the actual TH-camr😅
oh no ;( i just bought jabra elite 10 today and turns out it is gen 1:(((
Thank god there is finally an alternative to the Bose ones, i have had 7 pair of Bose earbuds which all broke (the last pair broke today). I *_NEVER_* want any Bose product ever again.
*EDIT:*
Nevermind, these earbuds are so much worse than the bose earbuds that i don't even consider them a competitor, the fitment in the ear is worse, they are less comfortable, the active noise cancelling is not even half as good, the sound quality is significantly worse, and the spacial audio does not even get close to the bose earbuds.
I have honestly never been as disappointed by the performance of a product as i have been with these, not because they are bad, they aren't bad, but when watching this review my expectations were something comparable to the bose quiet comfort earbuds, which these are not, even though the price is practically identical, but at least these don't break if you look at them in the wrong way
I'm gonna be angry for a couple hours now about how bose can be capable enough to make a product that outperforms everything else, yet be completely incapable of making a product that doesn't break if you look at it incorrectly
Oh my God, thank you. I have had my suspicions about the ANC percormance of the Jabra 10's Gen 2 compared to the Bose. I really hope Bose makes erabuds with a Case and a METALL HINGE (is that too much to ask for? Why is Apple nearly the only one doing this?!). And pls.give me speeze controlls, nobody likes accidental Commands.
Still the same rubbish sound tuning with sharp highs and wobble-bobble basses, as the 1st gen was?
yes agree, i have the Gen 1 & was disappointing
Wouldn't waste my money on these overpriced buds their sound tuning are trash
Too late I already bought them, the ANC is the worst feature.
@@veronicagutierrez8634 it's never to late I would return them immediately for a refund
The ANC is absolutely poor compared to the Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra. Unfortunately the Bose hurt my ears which is why I’m currently trying out the gen 2 10s and 8s. Super comfortable. ANC is definitely disappointing.
Yes but look a the price difference
How are they comparing in blocking out wind noise?
Even comparing to Jabra 7 elite, Jabra 10 ANC is definitely poor.
@@maegnificant
I returned the 8s. The 10s are ok. The most comfortable but just wish the noise canceling was better. Bose were so much better
@@scottybyer what is bad about the 8s in your experience? And how are the 10s better?
That microphone quality was horrible. Jesus.
They look like hearing aides
I really wonder how you do your tests to come to the conclusion that these Jabras are better than the Bose and Airpod Pro 2 when it comes to ANC, this is completely false in reality.
Talking about the ANC without any form of comparison against gen 1 rendered the review mostly pointless to me.
