Annie, I loved your blip about social media. It felt intentional but not shaming- which I feel can be the tone of a lot of social media limit reminders. You gave great examples of times to check yourself, how to be intentional with that time, and examples of what to do instead of doom scrolling. It felt like a gentle parent reminding us and guiding us for what is best. That sounds cheesy, but it’s true! ❤

OMG social media and phones are such a problem imo. Im with you and im aware of my time on it and also avoid it around my kids as much as possible. But it makes me sad to see soooooo many people mindlessly scrolling while neglecting children. I see this everywhere. Or entire families being on thir phone or couples out at a restaurant where they're both on the phone the entire time instead of talking to each other. I honestly worry for the future generations. I feel that somewhere down the line people are gonna go completely robotic.

Annie if she drops that nap you could get her used to do something quite for a little bit of time. Quiet time can be a lifesaver as they grow up
