Just saying, in many countries women are encouraged to lounge around after giving birth. In Canada, we take one year maternity leave and husband can be off for three months to help their wives. In many other countries, women stay in bed for one month and recover while family members cook, clean and help with the baby. Resting is the most important mode and not resting can significantly impact long term health.

Fellow introvert mama here! Aside from getting up before the kids, I cannot overstate how helpful an hour (or two) of "quiet time" for young kids is. Where they read or play quietly in their room after lunch. It helps me feel recharged and like I can catch my breath before dinner rush!

I would love that! Unfortunately my 3y old is FULL of energy, up at 5:30-6am, no nap and bedtime 9-9;30pm, we literally don’t get a break, not in the morning, during the day or evening. Thankfully my almost 1yold seems to be a better sleeper so far

For my husband and i, in the little season, we had Monday date night every week. The kids would all dress up the way they think they looked the most fancy, I would dress up super fancy, and we would all decorate the table fancy. We would have a simple meal, like spaghetti, with music and dancing afterwards. We did that for several years until they were old enough to take their date night to their room while we stayed in the living room for our date night! Now they make macaroni and cheese with hot dogs for their date night meal (special treat here!), And we have whatever we want for date night.

I love those, but truthfully, I've never been able to wake up before my kid... We live in an apartment, and if I start to move around at 6am, he'll just wake up, and we're screwed. So I take the sleep instead. The only downside is that because I wake up with him, I cannot do anything in the morning and it's tough. And taking a shower at night is HARD for me, I'm so dead tired. So it's a lose-lose situation here so far. 2d is due any day now, I've got to get my shit together if I ever want to shower again 😂☠️

Id love to learn about your method of baby wearing - do you just wear your baby all day and stop to nurse? At what age do you stop baby wearing? Do you sleep train your children? I’m blown away by how productive you are with so many children and a home business - I can barely balance life with my one newborn! I’d love to learn more about how you manage the different stages of your children’s life❤️

Hey mama, congrats on the new little one, she's beautiful! That head of dark hair! ❤❤
I like getting up earlier than my family too; it's powerful!
    Citrus EO's are the best!
I appreciate you and your videos and I'd love to see more specifically how you get everything done with a nursing baby... cooking from scratch, meals, dishes, laundry, some cleaning, other children, homeschool, your businesses, etc... your routines and schedules please! Oh, bonus! I'd love to hear you talk about baby sleep, methods, timing, etc. Thanks Becca! ❤

Absolutely love the vibes of your morning routine 😌 so inspiring ❤️ Iv just had my second daughter two months ago and iv made the decision to wake up before everyone else too. So worth it to have myself ready for the day. Once I have more of a routine going on and baby is sleeping through the night completely I’ll start. She’ll usually wake up once or twice a night now and my eldest wakes me up 6:30 every morning asking for breakfast. It’s so hard to just open my eyes in the morning after a 3 or 5am feed.

I would like to tell you I appreciate you mentioning you work full time. I know your job or schedule isn’t typical, but it is hard work and you juggle that with motherhood. As a part time out of the home working mom, influencers who say they don’t work make me crazy! You have a ton to do, probably more than most so own that. It helps us relate to you! Thank you!! ❤

Actually if the essentials oils are pure and tested, a lot, they are safe to use. I massaged my little one with essential oils (of course diluted for their age and only the ones that are not very strong ex. Roman chammomile, lavander etc.
Before the essential oils I am using, I wasn't so sure about using essential oils internally or on my daughter.
Sorry for my english, it's not my main language.

Hate to be a negative nancy, but Yeah so don't use candles because of the toxins, but use decaf coffee beans, which are proven by research, and recent research too, to have cancer causing chemicals that are used during the decaffeination process. just saying- don't just blindly follow others advice, my friends xoxo Also, While I do like some of this advice, it would definitely help others, but not some of us- putting on makeup does nothing for me, and I workout daily so having to take it off would be just another thing to have to do- not my thing, but like she said...to each her own.

In 2017, the World Health Organization following a review of over 1,000 scientific studies, found that there was no association between coffee consumption, including decaf coffee, and cancer. This has been followed up with a review, published by the British Medical Journal, which found that drinking four cups of coffee a day was actually more likely to be beneficial to your health rather than harmful. The Food and Drug Administration in the U.S. also conducted a study, specifically on the products used in the decaffeination process and concluded the likelihood of any health risk from methylene chloride was so low “as to be essentially non-existent”.
