- Hello and thank you for 13:36 of your time. Today, we replace both of our 2009 Nissan Murano (2nd Generation) sun visors. This is an easy task! It should take you less than 10 minutes to complete and all you will need are simple tools like a Phillips screwdriver, pick tool, and/or maybe a 7 mm or 9/32 socket (depending on your model/trim). Will these last a long time? We're not sure, but we will definitely let you know if/when they break down. Currently, they come with a 30-day no questions asked return policy and a 1 year warranty for defects.
OEM Part Numbers (2009-2014)

Thanks to your video I was able to change my visor I purchased off of eBay successfully ❤
Nice! That's what I like to hear! Glad the video was able to help and I hope it was a smooth process for you. :)
Thanks for the tutorial. Exactly what I needed and you saved me money.
That's awesome and what I like to hear! Glad to have been of help.
Thank you so much!!!! And you’re right. You can’t even tell the grey and my original color
I knowww! I was so worried that the color was going to be so different, but it wasn't. You're very welcome. Glad it helped!
Thank you! I'm pricing the replacement part. From Nissan $171. From Amazon $29 to $32, but grey only. I appreciate the information. Excellent!
Sounds about right. Hope it goes well for you and if you need advice on which one to choose, well, if you use it everyday to block the sun or when using a sun visor to hold it up on the windshield, I would suggest getting OEM. If you hardly use it or not so much that you forget it's there, then I would try the aftermarket.
6 months in, and both of ours (aftermarket) are still kicking and hold strong and it's used moderately.
Thank you, this was all I needed to install a $29.99 replacement from Amazon on my 2012 Nissan Murano. I had the Philips head screws. The hardest part was stuffing the wires back in, and even worse was getting the screws back in. It took about a dozen attempts. Yes the “gray” looks fine with my beige interior.
That's awesome, bud! You're very welcome. That's what we like to hear. A 3rd hand could always be more helpful. Why humans aren't naturally born with three is beyond me. lol :)
This is exactly what I was looking for on how to help me fix my visor❤
Awesome! Hope it helps and you get it fixed. It's easy! :)

thanks! will do. got it for $38 on amazon.
Awesome! Very easy to replace. Let us know how you like them.
Great Great video. My experience. Wife's car so she went and bought after market but not OEM. They fit as perfect as can be but, and a big BUT. Didn't notice this and it wasn't in the specs online but the mechanism is different or raising the visor back to position. The Original has a spring action to push it up against the roof and hold it there. The after market does not. I closes all the way though but the feel of the spring mechanism is better and would have been worth the price difference IMO, just not it penny pincher wife's opinion. With the screws as hard as they were I agreed that it is good to go and not press the issue of me having to return to screw hell. Wow that sounds bad. lol
Yea, so far they have been working great. No issues and no complaints. Hopefully they can last a few more years. This murano is almost at the end of its life. lol
Thanks for sharing!
P.S. I'm so sorry that such a useful video have got so little likes so far :( I wish you best luck with the channel!
