Is it possible to blow a fuse when you replace this? I had it replaced but the light had an issue so I took it back out and now my radio screen and radio don't work and my key less system is not working.
@@christianalcala1416 yes- I did figure it out. I replaced a fuse called "room" fuse. It is a 15A fuse in the fuse block near battery. it was pretty simple. I have a 2012 CX-9 so I needed a micro fuse to replace it. Everything has worked fine once I did this.
Beware this visor electric system causes a major fuse break if shorted. A new visor from Amazon had faulty wiring and caused all interior electrical to fail 😡
Thank you for posting this. I’ll have to hit a salvage years and get one for my sons car. However if you can send the Amazon one you got so I can check out would be great. Thanks
Thank you so much for creating this video. It was so simple & gave me the confidence to do it myself.
This is a great instructional video. Clear, understandable and straight to the point. Thank you so much.
Apperciate the video and impressed by the camera focus on such a tight space removing the cover.
You can literally learn any thing on TH-cam!! thanks!!
Thank you!!! I’m not that mechanically savvy, but I did it … and you saved me $120!!!
Thank you so much, your video is easy and I changed to a new visor myself! 😁
Nailed it. Good tip on the binder clip!
I used a bike tire pry tool, worked great!
Thanks for the video. Just received the new visor today and i’m going to replace it myself instead of going to the car workshop
Let me chime in with thank you. Great job of showing the little things that can frustrate.
Mazda dealer just quoted me $450 to replace the sun visor. I think you just saved me about $425 😁
I think we both owe him $950 total haha
Thank you for the video. I ordered one through Amazon to do it myself. Have a good day! (from Dubai)
Thank you for this how to video and the confidence to do on my own. It looks perfect and was so easy! ❤
