There is no exercise to reduce herniated disc. There r only exercises to strengthen muscles around the spine. Pls do not spread false messages that doctors are uneducated in the topic. Consult an expert on the topic please.

സർ, എനിക്ക് ഊര വേദന ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു , പിന്നെ കാലിന് heal foot up weak ഉണ്ട്, ഉഴിച്ചിൽ നടത്തി, ഊര വേദന ഇപ്പോൾ ഇല്ല . കാലിന്റ കുറഞ്ഞ weak ഉണ്ട് മാറ്റം ഇപ്പോഴും ഇല്ല എന്ന് പറയാം. mRi എടുത്തു, L5+L 4 nerve compression ആണ് പറഞ്ഞു. കാലിന്റ അടിഭാഗത്ത് ചെറിയ മരവിപ്പ് പോലെ ഉണ്ട് ......

My MRI shows L5-S1 mild to moderate central canal stenosis
Grade 2 anteriolisthesis secondary to b/l L5 pars defects at the L5-S1 level with redemonstration of severe b/L neural foraminal stenosis and now mild to mod central canal stenosis.
Is this bad? Is fusion is the only one option? Will epidural help with pain? Any alternatives other than fusion? I have so much pain to walk , sit, I am wearing lumbar brace. One neurosurgeon recommend fusion takes 6-8 hr surgery. Open anterioally and posteriorilly Please help me
