Thanks! It was a fun afternoon project with some friends. Someday I’ll have to actually make it into a film.

Thanks! And who knows maybe we can collab on something in the future. I've just been using stock music but an original score on something would be sweet.

and somebody said the pocket 4k looks like a video camera when it came out pleaseeeee this look like film great work what lenses did you use and in your opinion are the files from the camera sharp or soft before any grading in on the fence between the 4k and 6k

Thanks! I'm continually impressed with the image this camera puts out. It makes you work for it, but gives great results. I find the image is a little bit soft straight out of camera, but not bad. I usually apply a tiny bit of sharpening in Resolve, like literally just moving the slider from 50 down to 48. I hear you about the 4k vs 6k, though. I've considered upgrading for the larger sensor but I don't know if it would make enough difference to be worth it for me.

I think people said it looked a bit like a video camera when compared to the original pocket cinema camera. The original is still used on Hollywood films today as a crash cam or similar because of its film-like look. However the pocket 4K is still impressive and much more practical

@@quickfilmmakingtips2870 I believe it I got the pocket 6k and love it with good color grading and can have it look like the old black magic 2.5k and the original pocket I tell you if you ever thinking about upgrading to the 6k you want be disappointed especially with your talent great success in your film work
