These are stunning!!! Add a ton of beads and pearls and they can be a historical beauty when added to a gown. The twist method is what I will use when I manipulate my ribbon for my 18th century Pink Diamond cosplay
These are great! Thanks Kirilee! They come in the best moment for me, I am preparing for an XVIII century Sailor Neptune, and I had no idea on how to "enrich" the fabric. Time for practice!
Really enjoying these videos! Quick question: are you planing on making any bodice tutorials? I've been struggling to find patterns I like and have no clue how to properly make armholes.
I haven’t got that on my radar just at the moment just because bodices can be vastly different depending on what you are trying to achieve. Let me sit on it ;) thanks for the idea.
Im making a 1700 simple style dress... Is there a cause for these on a shirt to dress it up just a smidge? Skirt is made, making petticoat now. Going to Ren Fair in a week LOVE your videos by the way, THANK YOU for posting them! 👍🏽😃👍🏽
Wow! Who knew pleats could look like this? Brilliant.
Oh you are so kind!
Never saw a pleating tutorial like this! Thank you - I'm definite going to figure out how to sneak some pleats into my next project.....
Awesome! Glad it sparked some inspiration ^_^
