No section for Luigi, so I'll put 2 here. Granted, I'm not a top player, but these tips have helped me when I'm on Slippi. If Luigi starts his down-b cyclone in the air, he gets a hitbox at his feet which clanks with Marth's down tilt. This foot hitbox does not appear if you start the move on the ground. You should be able to bully him while you slide right on top of him immediately after the clank. Don't overuse this, though, as it's fairly committal. If you ever want to use cyclone in a fight, always imagine yourself "jump-cancelling" it so that you get that extra foot hitbox. Luigi's up-smash gives intangibility to his head, so you can use that to challenge Marth's that spam short-hop F-air if you've got their rhythm down. (this also applies to the Marios, though I don't know how useful it is for them)
Luigi specific tips (since he is the next highest rated without specifics): -f tilt is your best friend in this matchup, best option for spacing against marth -grounded down b clanks with down tilt and fsmash, can help approach against these moves -learn to tech during your up b recovery as Marth will try to f smash/down tilt. getting a low sweet spot is still possible, but hard -You can sneak under Marth as he does a short hop neutral air with a well timed wavedash, allowing you to get an upsmash or up tilt, harder but possible against short hop fair -Practice wavedash out of shield vs marth f smash. High percent for Marth lets you get easy up b kill, low percent for down smash/grab into combo -same as Mario, DI away marth throws, even when thrown off stage -Best advice against marth juggling you, sometimes timing a dair can trade with marth up air. you can also mix up your fall timing by double jumping into instant down b but can be risky (still can be tough to land vs him)
Also, you can short hop dair get up attack if you time it well. Also down throw fair and dair both work. Wavedash in ftilt is good for combo starting. You can mix up slightly closer wavedashes into grab too if they're shielding, or wavedash behind them turnaround grab. Just some other random tips

A bowser main's response: - Down air is a very risky option. It's not horrible just situational and you definitely should not be using it all the time - Fire breath is an *awful* landing option. If they react to it, the can just up tilt or counter. Yes, I am that guy in the video lol

I have seen mild success with both of these options (as much success as I thought bowser could have when landing). I didnt think there were really any other options. yeah I guess the flame breath has been much more useful against spacies in my experience.

I loved that Jigglypuff-tip for wavedashing underneath that Marthgrab. It was something I already liked to do for grab-heavy Falcon or Marth players. It just looks and feels so damn satisfying to slide right between their legs in that juicy jiggly motion (no nasty innuendo intended there). Just something that looks super cool, when people can do that to successfully dodge any grab and make it look easy. One of the most beautifull kinda thing in Melee, imho.

Bowser player here basically he want's to approach with shield to force marth to swing awkwardly causing him to mess up spacing once that happens you up b out of shield and try to keep him above you as long as possible bowser is actually really scary to be above for marth because he can shark with his beefy aerials and trades are typically bowser favored. Once marth is off stage Bowser's below 100% get up attack and bair from ledge are incredibly difficult to get around for marth as bowser does not care about side b stalls and landing a get up attack sets bowser up to fsmash marths next up b attempt.
Lame no Luigi tips. Here's my top notes as an intermediate Luigi mains 1. Stay grounded, aerials cant outspace sword and are too slow for the most part. 2. Punish slow marths with a well timed wd in to grab (down throw) or ftilt at high percent (dont spam ftilt, you'll just get popped up or spaced out) 3. Fast marths need to be baited out, fair/dtilt spam is really strong, roll behind him when he hits your shield, this starts a mix up situation where the roll leads to a grab or dsmash when they keep swinging forward, if this hits multiple times they will try to read it and you can get in with wdOoS since they want to turn around. 4. Punish hard for unsafe fsmashes, wdOoS into shoryuken or grab 5. Edge guard with ftilt when they are high/bair when they drop low. Fireballs cover good space from ledge, wd off ledge or plat leads to a tricky ffbair

I’m a puff main, and when my friend ask for advice on how to deal with puff I usually have to point out their own gameplay flaws instead of actual advice on counterplay against puff, because there are 0 good resources on how to beat her. Tl;Dr, would love to see a how to beat jigglypuff video :)
