    전 다이어트로 달걀을 특히 먹어야지만 먹다말고 있는데 근데 제가 서두에 선생님이 말씀처럼 계란의 그램을ㄹ 언급하셨는데 달걀은 크기에 따라 무게가 다른데요

    불루베리 1/3 컵 계란 반숙 먹은 후 2시간 후 먹거나 바나나 한개를 먹으면 위에 산 부담 주지 않고 아주 좋아요.

    전 13분 반숙으로 삶으면 겉은 익고 속은 반숙으로 아주 좋아요 또 들깨가루 1 티순을 같이 먹으면 아주 좋아요.

    6개월동안 아침을 당근,토마토,케일,아몬드,물 갈아서 한컵, 삶은 달걀 1개, 바나나 1개나 단호박 2조각 먹었는데 혈당 100 기준 101, 콜레스트롤200정상인데 217나왔어요 ㅠㅠ
    그래서 그냥 아침 잡곡과 야채식으로 먹고
    산에 맨발걷기,실내자전거 타는데 조언 해
