    Wildwood at Inlet Beach is a brand new neighborhood with 45 homesites just off of N Orange Street being built out by BluScape. Community Pool is in and model home is finished.
    Directly south of Wildwood, we have the new community of NAUTILUS POINTE here in Inlet Beach. This is a 32 lot subdivision built by Brock Built with current inventory between $871,400 and $1,204,495. There will be five distinct floorplan options with two and three-story single family homes with three to six bedroom options.
    Moving to the far west of 30A, I wanted to give an update on Parkside in Dune Allen being built by DR Horton. We’ve covered Parkside before, but you’ll notice the new builds going up and some of the new amenities as well. Amenities include a Zero entry pool, pool house with covered outdoor kitchen, TV and fireplace.

    In Gulf Place, The Walton on 30A has started presale opportunities. Back in March we discussed the Walton on 30a that will be constructed on the north side of Gulf Place. This 28 unit condominium will be a 4 story structure featuring covered parking, patio spaces, and is projected to be completed by Summer of 2026.
