    Bayside at Ward Creek
    Bayside at Ward Creek is planned to include 355 homes in a mix of townhomes and single family detached homes with amenities such as community swimming pools, green space, and trails that connect to the area's existing trail network, Gayle's Trails. D.R. Horton is building out this phase with construction beginning in early last year and will feature approximately 205 single family homes and 150 townhomes.
    Breakwater at Ward Creek
    Breakwater at Ward Creek is planned to include 348 homes from Toll Brothers. Toll Brothers plans to begin new homes sales later in 2024. This phase will be a gated community with many of the homesties offering views of the preserve or water. Marketing also shows Breakwater at Ward Creek to feature an array of exciting community amenities, like a luxury clubhouse, large community pool, fitness center, playground, tennis courts, and more. The estimated release for sale to be on the VIP list in August. There will be 14 home plans with options including One to two story, 2 car & 3 car garage available, with square footage ranging from 1667 Sq ft to over 3200 sq ft..
    Salt Grass at Ward Creek
    Salt Grass at Ward Creek doesn’t have too much public information readily available but it will be built out by Fischer Home, who is Actively Building Breakfast Point East Homes + Entering the Watersound Origins Community Soon! This community will also have a VIP list who will be the first to see pricing and available floorplans.

    That is a lot of homes being built. I would love to see the Toll Brothers community after it's built. They make great homes!

    This looks so nice, but I don’t think the roads of PCB will not be able to support this many people.
