I built my customized lightsaber in Savi's Workshop in Star Wars Galaxy's Edge!!! This experience is $200 plus tax and seriously amazing. Thank you to all my cheezypoppers who were there for the livestream to make this happen, and special thanks to Alex for filming this!

It's pricey to be sure but it's probably one of the most memorable experiences in Batuu. When I did it I nearly cried when everybody raised their sabers up.

I’m going to Disneyland on Friday, and I’m making a power and control saber with a blue blade. Combining power and control with peace and justice. I do not fear the Dark Side, but I fight for peace and justice just as the Jedi before me, along with some cash along the way.
Just make sure to reserve.
Why dont they mention dooku or sell his saber. He was in the clone wars show as well so i doubt disney couldnt get the rights to it so im a little confused

I love watching people’s lightsaber build experience I also built a peace in justice a nice tribute to Jedi style lightsabers, with blue kyber crystal, can’t wait to go back again next year, I’ll be building a control and power with either red or purple kyber crystal, my wife was so jealous of the experience that she’s decided next time around she’s gonna build one to, the droids builder is fun but greatly fails in comparison

I have done that myself with my younger brother. I have to say videos are good but being there yourself makes it so much more. I went with Peace and Justice with a blue crystal. My brother hadn't been devouring these videos like I had so he really wasn't sure. I suggested Protection and Defense with a green crystal. He went with Power and Control with a purple crystal. I'm glad he did too because that meant he was making the experience his own and not just following my suggestions even though I payed his way in. It was a late birthday gift from me.

I don't know, man. It is indeed emotional, the ambiance and stuff. The atmosphere and how great of a show they put on. Regardless of how you go through it, alone or within a circle of friends. Helped or not. It's personal, it's your creation and such. Dunno, as a long fan of everything Star Wars, if you're into the Force chapter of Star Wars, then this is one of the things everyone should check out if they have the possibility
I did this last Saturday and loved experience. I chose a green Khyber Crystal, and picked up red and violet as well. I really like how you can continue to customize it by changing the crystals I can’t wait to bring mine back and take photos at night. Congrats on your new lightsaber fellow Jedi..

CruellaUrsula Yeesh. As cool as the idea of building a lightsaber may seem, but at the same time, the biggest con is arguably the whiny children who will ruin the experience for us all.
That's a main reason why you cant bring a pre purchased yellow/white crystal for this event as well. Kids would see a different colored one outside of the choices they were given, and complain by not having "the special one". Well, at least you have two.

I want to go do this! I think I will get protection and defense with a green crystal and maybe buy a couple spare crystals like yellow or violet.

Ok, so I didn't expect to feel so emotional when I watched this, but I actually teared up and got a lump in my throat. I closed my eyes and the first thing I saw was a green one too. So when you chose green it just brought tears to my eyes LOL I'm an old school star wars fan from way back, so when Yoda spoke at the end , tears again LOL. Got to save my money so I can get my own light saber when it opens at WDW in Florida.😊

Blue, huh? I plan on doing the same. Although, I'd go with an ADEGAN Crystal. It better helps attune your Lightsaber to the living Force.

Tara Zacker it makes sense tho because the droid is a shop so anyone can go in and make one. But for lightsabers you have to be chosen and worthy enough to wield it

Man that one looks classic! Not too futuristic or to over done.... Awesome! That is gonna be the only thing I buy when the galaxy's edge opens in Florida. Okay likely the only thing. I will probably go violet or blue and buy a couple more colors at Doc Ondars.
I did it! I have one with a Rancor tooth at the end. I chose green for my color. I've been a fan of Green ever since the Return of the Jedi! I was in California for SDCC and just had to go to Galaxy's Edge. It was a really cool experience. I just wish they mentioned Mara Jade when referencing the Purple crystal. Nothing is perfect though. 😁

The interior is plastic. The customizable hilt parts is metal.
I would choose Yellow like the Jedi Temple Guards, Yun from Dark Forces 2, and Master Plo Koon.

So cool, I went to buy a wand with my family at Universals. My aunt was a little sad they chose her out of the crowd to pick her wand. When there was children and even a woman in a wheel chair they probably should have chosen for the experience.
