This definitely works. It helped bring down the swelling in my legs and feet. Please make it a habit if you have issues with swelling. Even 100 pumps a day is enough to see a difference with time. Wish you who is reading this good health and happiness 😊!
This is actually some of the best medical advice I've ever seen on YT. Simple and effective. I first learned about this decades ago when hearing about an elderly woman who hiked her whole life. That's when I learned that walking had major benefits to circulation. It makes sense because your feet and legs are furthest away from your heart ❤️

@@HithHealth I am back for my update! It has actually been 24 days. My problems are spider veins, mostly at my ankles and a few on my legs, and cold feet. I have been doing this 4-6 times a day due to my cold feet in winter. It warms them up like magic! My spider veins have improved. In addition to this exercise, I rub horsechestnut cream on my feet and lower legs, and often wear compression socks (the lighter weight sports type). Sometimes the spider veins mostly disappear and sometimes they come back. I am not sure what makes the difference, but I shall keep experimenting. Thanks so much for your good advice!!! I have begun to have blood pooling. Just learned that this is the problem. I otherwise feel fine and I take two blood pressure medications. I walk when I can. I saw this exercise on You Tube a few weeks ago and started doing this exercise. I have been upset that my doctor has only offered meds and offered no explanation for the blood pooling. In case of cramps please do this exercise and then stretch your calf muscles well.

For those who have arthritis this exercise increases pain in knees. Personal experience. I have poor blood circulation n tingling sensation in feet. I practiced but pain increased after this.
Try sitting in chair to do this exercise.. this will take the pressure of you knee joints..❤
No gain without pain!

I have begun to have blood pooling. Just learned that this is the problem. I otherwise feel fine and I take two blood pressure medications. I walk when I can. I saw this exercise on You Tube a few weeks ago and started doing this exercise. I have been upset that my doctor has only offered meds and offered no explanation for the blood pooling. I have been researching on my own. Thanks for this video.

It seems just like blinking is an exercise for our eyes, moving legs is also a very essential exercise for healthy legs and good blood flowing.
Please stand and do this exercise for only 5 mins and then let me know if you still feel it's not an exercise.

Still I started this exercise from today ..daily I walk for 4km in 1 hour and..slight body movement exercises
Is it due to my walk the difference in one leg..I am 65 yrs

@@rajeswarikgs1655 the contrast between the couch the carpet in your socks is not very differentiating. If you were wearing white socks your feet would show up very well with the dark background and you can see exactly what you were doing. I think I figured it out, and I'm doing it right now.
