Threat level 5 non human signal sources are not always a Cyclops. It it shows the salvage icon then yes, most likely a Cyclops. If no salvage icon, the odds are better than good it will be from 4 to 7 Scouts. Every great once in a while you'll get a Cyclops plus some Scouts.
