I'm starting to buy Korean spices and oils (of course green onions) so I can cook like Aaron (ha)!!!!! Thanks for the massive inspiration, since I don't really like to cook 😂😂😂
I really, really love how you not only list instructions ("do this, then do that") but instead actually explain _why_ you do certain things ("do this because", "if you do that, then..."). It is incredibly helpful to know why a cook does certain things!
I ate. I'm full. But somehow, after watching Aaron's flavorful cooking, I'm hungry again. I swear I can almost smell the food though my screen. And Claire's amazing food reviews really don't help. She's so descriptive, and she looks like she's enjoying the food so much. I'm craving all the foods shown in this video now!
Oh Aaron I can't thank you enough! I am Canadian and am used to "meat and potatoes," bland food. Always identified as not being able to cook. Turns out it was the ingredients and the teachers. You are an AMAZING teacher and the ingredients are too! Now everything I cook is delicious! I feel born again 😅🇨🇦. Thank you so so much!
I didn't realize that teriyaki sauce was so easy to make. I haven't had buldak since I was in Korea, many years ago (1987); sadly, I can't make it at home as my wife can't do spicy food any more - so it'll have to wait until we can have some spicy food fiends over for dinner. Many thanks for this video!
I used to marinate my teriyaki chicken and then cook it like my daddy taught me. But I did it this way, and my dad was sceptical at first, but when I made the teriyaki chicken this way, he said it was the best he ever had. So, I'll have to take a picture next time. Thank you for the recipe. ❤
You two are so adorable. The food looks delicious, as always. Love your sense of humor.. it is much needed in these times. May the Christmas Season find you both well and blessed beyond measure.
Aaron, Your new hairstyle looks amazing! very flattering! You two are such an adorable couple! Thanks for your suggestions & substitution ideas! Appreciate every encouraging word to assure us that we can do this. When I get a new video from you, I can’t wait to watch it. You make it look so easy! Thanks for all you do!!! God bless you and crown your efforts with success!
I don’t usually like watching people eat, but Claire has a way of making Aaron’s great dishes look even more appetising. They are such a winning combination 👍
My husband has been trying to get me to cook Korean food for years! but since I learned to cook from him (he's 100% white American) instead of my Korean mom, I didn't know any Korean recipes or spices or anything. My mom has been trying to send me recipes, but I always found the videos she sent too hard to follow. Thank goodness I found you, because I am finally cooking Korean food thanks to your gentle guidance! Thanks!
Hi. I just recently started watching your videos and I really enjoy them. I love how relatable you guys are while still staying true to yourselves and your culture 😊
I'm using my other half's tablet. I love, love watching there videos I have done their recipes. My other half now knows when a new video comes on because I yell out for Claire! :D plus he knows I'll be trying the recipe. Sad part of being an adult is "What's for dinner" Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year. JoAnn Sigby
I really like your clean kitchen, every thing looks neat, shine, simple and focus. 'Don't worry about it', 'believe me ', 'Trust me' and 'no problem at all' + all these delicious review from Claire = awesome recipe. Thank you for all the works, love your channel.
Have I ever mentioned your dynamic with Claire is just adorable? You two are my ultimate ideal couple! I hope I find someone who makes me as happy as you guys make each other.
I am hooked on your videos. I have a curiosity for all cuisines, but you two have me hooked on experimenting with Korean food. Love watching you both! Best wishes from Pittsburgh USA.
My grandson and I love to watch your channel!! We are going to try to make all the dishes we watched you make! But first we have to buy the seasonings for it! The food we watch you make, sure does make us hungry!! Thank you Aaron and Clair so glad we found your channel!!🙏🙏🙏🔥🔥🔥💜💜💜😊😊😊
They all look delicious you guys work so hard thank you for trying to teach me a little something something about cooking enjoy watching you guys keep up the good work
Have been watching you for a few months. One of my fav channels, the two of you always make any day brighter. Enjoy the recipes and your humour. Aaron - I appreciate when you make suggestions for using different ingredients or what you have at home, very helpful as sometimes in Canada some of the ingredients not easy to find. Claire - always a joy to watch, so sweet and always makes me smile. Loved seeing your dog in the background, super cute. Thank you for all your hard work and sharing your recipes and techniques. Hoping you get a sponsor soon, the two of you definitely deserve it, great job.
I love your channel! I am learning to cook food I never thought I would while enjoying and being entertained by your wonderful sense of humor! 😅 Where have you been all this time hahaha
These two people are great, absolutely living their best life! Thanks for all the recipes, I'm definitely going to be watching in the future and recommending your channel to anyone who will listen!
I love this channel! I have done the Beef Bulgogi rice balls, and then the rice bowl so far,. but am buying more spices and sauces to try more! Please keep doing this!
I need to not watch this when I'm hungry. As always, I love your videos. They are so encouraging for the every day cook! Also, Chicken Katsudon! Probably one of my favorite Japanese dishes! Thank you for doing this one. Any recipes I've found online are so complicated for whatever reason. Thank you!
As always love the 2 of you, especially Claire in this episode. You tell him, Claire, all your opinions and then "that one for Aaron". The piece you drop! I laugh so hard.
Thank you for another vid! My apologies if this question has been asked before... Aaron: Most of the green onions you use are as thick as your fingers, sometimes even more! In the USA, most of the green onions I"ve ever bought are as only as thick as a pencil. Are korean green onions different in some way other than their size compared to USA green onions? Should I be looking for a different green onion? Love the vids!
Love you guys you are so cute together , love your cooking, I always love Asian food Korean is my favorite and you make it so easy and convenience, easy, easy , I try many recipes already and I love them , thanks for sharing 🙏🏼🙏🏼💕 greetings from Utah.
What great recipes Aaron and Clair! I love the many choices/substitutions you give with the recipe. It makes it easy for a beginner or a more experienced cook. I love all the hints you give to make it taste like restaurant food too! I enjoy hearing Claire’s thoughts. She tells it like it is! I’ll be sharing this one with my friends!❤️
I just made the Teriyaki sauce for tonight and it's really good. I did a quick compare to a store-bought one I had in the fridge and it's miles ahead as far as taste / quality / balanced salt.
The way you cooked is just amazing, the nice good looking recipe made me Hungry. this recipe looks so delicious and healthy and you prepared and explained it very simple and clearly💖💖💖 Fully watched your recipe 👍👍👏🙌👌 🤝🥰♥️♥️ Big like. Joined your kitchen.
I’m allergic to beef and peppers and I’m finding a lot of your food is safe for me to eat or you give substitution advise. I’m excited to try some of these recipes with tofu!
Aaron I love the music you use in your videos, it gets me pumped up and want to run to the kitchen and try out what you're showing off What's the name of the song you used in the Kung Pao Chicken segment?

It's great easy & simple to learn. Looks yummy too...😋 Can you show some easy & simple dish with cheese in it because I saw in many korean food, ppl like to add cheese in it 😉

Thank you so much for enjoying our recipes! 🙌
I love how Aaron pours the ingredients away from himself so we can see. Makes me feel like I'm doing it, being a little helper lol

No, you can just use the regular(small) green onions. No problem at all! 😊
I wondered the same. Green onions here in Germany are also quite thin 😅

I had to rewind like three times to see what Claire had said because I kept getting distracted by the adorable dog! 🤣
Hey Aaron, may I know how long can we keep the homemade teriyaki sauce? I am very tempted to make one with your recipe.
As long as you bottle it it can last a long time.
You and Claire are the best!
For my katsudon I use the ingredients you use only I also use peas, bean sprouts and ribboned then julienned carrots. Love me vegetables.
