Just a mom who's also going to school and at the end of the day doesn't have the braincapacity left to come up with delicious recipes. So thank you both very much. Not only for the recipes but for being so positive and humerous (the jokes) aswell. The world needs more people like the two of you.

Hi, just wanted you to know, I'm so proud of you! My mum also completed her studies as a mother, so, props to you for managing your studies as well as your kid(s) . It's really difficult at times, but hàng in there, you'll definitely be able to pull it off. Last but not the least, don't forget to take off-days once in a while! 🥰😘
Also, if you don't mind me asking, what subject are you going to school for?

I take 2 pounds hamburger and fry it up into crumbles. I portion and freeze in zip lock bags. I cook 1 pound pasta slightly undercook portion & freeze. I do the same with plain rice. From this: 1) pizza (use the .75cent crust mix from Walmart. Ready to bake in 5 minutes, 2) pasta with meat sauce, 3) tacos-- add spices and fresh chopped onion, 4)hamburger fried rice, etc. On the Easter sale I buy a huge spiral sliced ham portion and freeze. Sounds like lots of work but all very easy/cheap. With a microwave my dinner is ready in 5 minutes unless I make pizza which takes 20 minutes

I’ve been making this first Bulgogi Rice Bowl for months now. It’s in my regular rotation. I make a 3-4x batch of the marinade and keep it in the fridge so I don’t have to pull out all the bottles each time. I’ve tweaked it a bit now, by adding rice vinegar and some form of sugar or grated apple/pear, but never taking anything away. (The MSG stays lol.) Absolutely delicious. I suggest everyone make it at least once and try not to become addicted.
