It's never the artist. It's always the men in suits at the record label. They will love and release your record if and only if they think it will be a hit and make them money. The same goes for songs the artist hates - if the label loves it...out it goes regardless of what the artist thinks of it. It's not about music to them, it's about money. Hence why so many artists leak their songs that didn't make it to release. This predominantly affects female artists. Men have more control. Sad.
Her voice is so underrated, it sounds gentle in an unreal way.
