I'd go with the Dorsoduro every time, probably could do with better tyres though... they all sound lovely as well!!!

I've owned a ducati hypermotard but now I own a ktm 990 smr. I liked the ducati alot for a short space of time, I regretted selling it but with the ktm I have to keep using it to remind me I've got a good on.
I like the zzr1400 now but thats a totally different bike altogether and ride too
The 750cc Aprilia V Twin has the same power as the Ducati 1100? I'm a fan of all three but Aprilia is by far the most bang for your buck! The 1200 has 130 hp. With a good set of pipes and a high flow air cleaner, you could get 140 easy. I know what my choice would be.
Michael Hutcheon I know I am very late but something to consider is the weight of these beauties. The 750 dorsoduro already weights 16kg or 37 pounds more than the 1100 hypermotard.
@@jonathanbreyer5193Arrow exhaust, lithium battery and rsv4 wheels and you have the Dorsoduro 18kg lighter!!
The big issue on weight of the Dorsoduro was the exhaust...

can any of these go off road?
I have owned my ducati for three years 35k now . It is a raw motorcycle .no abs traction control or anything else. I still love it , gear box is shit (first is too low even standard) .
What ever floats your boat , the power stats are wrong on this . Even after fitting full remus exhaust system. nemisis ecu control and dynoed . my bike was about 90bhp at back wheel.
Maybe it's just the design of the bikes but they just don'g look nimble lol.

Awesome awesome awesome bikes. Sure wish Aprilia would sell the 1200 in the U.S., but I'm sure they will eventually though.
Would be nice to hear how the 1200 compares to the 750 (Dorsoduro) other then the obvious power difference.. AND what's with the video quality?! Even at HD it's horrendous!

Price on Ducati SP is higher than what you stated.
All three are gorgeous bikes! When I was shopping for a new bike it was between the KTM 690 and the Hypermotard 796... I went with the Ducati. Videos up on my channel if anyone wants to check it out.

I was looking on Aprilia site, on tests in different newspapers in my country.. You can't find dry weight, wonder why.

@idin1976 he said he preferred the KTM, but if your personality is a bit on the sensibility side go with the Aprilla......as usual he said he really liked the Ducati as well......

these bikes are far too powerful for a first bike. you could try something like the 796, but make sure you have good insurance for when you drop it
You apparently havent seen thegardensnake's videos with fireguy24 in them... he rode his off road and even did creek crossings
if you care about offroad you probably shouldnt be getting a supermoto anywyas get a dual sport

@BUCK, don't talk bullshit. I have seen his videos. You know what I mean: I mean Big SM Are Senseless. The essence of SM Isn't hidden in BIG ENGINES.
None of the three can go offroad. Neither cross country. It's ridiculous to have a big SM.

@nwildmannn This is not too powerfull, this bike is easy to ride, no special or bad behavior on road. But like a lot of people you need to learn how to handle it before using it like a mad pilot

The aprillia is going to have more motor problems then the others combined...you cant find an aprillia that runs worth a sh1t
