@@herkko61 Or possibly, it's illegal. Doing a wheelie on the dorsoduro 750 is easy for me. I am not a wheelie pro, but its as simple as being in the right gear at the right rpm and giving throttle.
I bought one of these and man its a blast I live in Ireland with mountain roads as my back yard, Sport mode too much for the road, touring still a blast in the real twisty stuff, I have perilli rossa corsa tyres and they really suit this bike.
I like mine (bought a new one !) but I had lots of problems with it, bolts missing from the fairing, o-rings missing from the injectors which caused fuelling problems, electrical problems .. but all since sorted out by the dealer I bought it from. Now it's fixed I am loving it, a great bike, plenty fast and then some, comfy enough for long rides, agile enough for city traffic. I have the same issue with the front, it IS a bit vague when you're really tramping on and changing direction quickly. I guess I should calm down a bit :)
Love that bike and have been waiting a long time for them to finally introduce the 1200 Dorso. Thanks for doing the review on it! You should include this and other bikes in it's class like the Hyper more often in your shootouts.
He could have mentioned how he coped with the 35.7 inch seat height, and at 01:25 he states the engine is an "eleven nine nine nine" Wow a 12 litre V-twin
@BikeMeAustin A soul or not.....matters not to me....I like performance & reliability..with good looks. Different strokes for different folks...as Yamaha use to say!
@@ApriliaRacer14 Hahaha, so you know all about speeding excessively! I adore the Tuono Factory, it's sensational! I have a Mana 850, a Shiver 750 and an SR50 R Factory with a full Malossi race setup capable of 130km/h! I would love a Tuono 1100 but the insurance here in Vancouver BC is too high... $2400/year for my Mana for the lowest liability possible and no coverage. It's bullshit!
NOW I KNOW WHAT TO SAVE MY MONEY FOR !!!!! i hear good things about aprilia too bad they look odd. i like old vintage looks like a bonneville or whatever. mostly cause i like sitting up right. i have a 85 cb450 right now and its fine but i want a new one. and im thinking aprilia.
Abc123 not so much, I have an 2006 RSVR and it’s been the most reliable bike I have owned. Better than the Hondas I had as well as I had to replace stearing bearings in two CBRRs.
"Wheelies all day long" but he cant do one in the Video. LOL
Rider behind a keyboard usually can not do it. It can be learnt just by riding. Many "pro riders" can not ride at all! Poor handling of a bike.

Bruh, you covered the bike name in the video trying to make people guess what brand is, you already mentioned it in the video title.
wdoncare 😂😂😂

Let me guess it's the 2011 Aprilia Dorsoduro 1200 like its says on the description.
Awesome bike and the review was very well done... I think it could use a little bigger fuel tank though.
Great video Troy, that things looks nuts!
how is this bike on longer all day rides? not necessarily as a light tourer though
why are you asking us what this bike is when it is in the title?

Does this model come with abs or atc in the USA?
Take a look at the Nuda R . . . that bad boy is AMAZING
nice reviewer.. but get him a mic.. so much background noise
I read the title and was interested in this perticular bike...but when he covered the branding i didnt know wtf it was!
So is it anygood learnt jack from this!
El Segundo or Long Beach?
They are being sold brand spanking new for 9900

I think he was talking about the price. . .cause he leads into talking about whether the price is worth losing your license.
Josh A You're totally right - I misunderstood that completely. Thanks !
Martin Burslam Yeah but imagine a 12-litre V-twin though O.O would anyone be brave enough to ride it ? Hehe
It'll get you in trouble? Sweet!!!

@9secondsflat What other Aprilia bike has this engine?!
Caponord got this engine! It's hard not to speed excessively!
@@jbb3675 I’m a Tuono chap myself...lol

@mikeis54 Enjoy your "dime a dozen" Suzuki as these types of bikes are made for those choosing to ride bikes with a soul.
Hello there........ I know its an APRILLA i searched for the video! DUHHHHHHHHH!!!!
richard whittington And still couldn't spell Aprilia properly XD never mind, have another drink :)
@mont808 Haha! Wow, you are good! :p
What a crap review, i'm sorry.
Is it necessary for a good review to be filmed in tornado weather ? lol
Yeah, next time record the speech on a highway!

Hahaha torque is a plateau? i'd hope not hahaha. you mean it's a straight line increase?
zo gaaaaaf.
in soviet china, aprilia falls off you. =[
why street bikes are always ugly?
The bigger issue is how many problems will Aprillia have with this engine....they are nothing but problems in their other bikes.

Super ugly bike.....too much chatter in the video! I'll take a Suzuki any day of the week!
