    I’m a 29 year old guy and I’ve been dealing with groin, leg, and hip pain from exercising for years. I was never really taught any of this and I’m so glad I have gotten into yoga. Your video has helped me learn a lot :) also you’re stunning!

    Today I went on to the mat with a headache, feeling very tight in all of my muscles and my mood was super grumpy. Now after this practice I feel softer, lighter in my body, my headache is gone and my emotions are different, not grumpy 🙏🙏🙏 You are a magician 🌠

    Thank you so much for this practice. The dragon pose was perfect to warm the body a little bit before getting into the reclined postures. Exactly what I needed!!

    Loved this much needed practice after getting fussed at by my chiro. I mod the hero pose variation so my back foot was in frog to support my bones/knees & got SO much relief. Thank you for sharing 💚💚
