Today I went on to the mat with a headache, feeling very tight in all of my muscles and my mood was super grumpy. Now after this practice I feel softer, lighter in my body, my headache is gone and my emotions are different, not grumpy 🙏🙏🙏 You are a magician 🌠

Loved this much needed practice after getting fussed at by my chiro. I mod the hero pose variation so my back foot was in frog to support my bones/knees & got SO much relief. Thank you for sharing 💚💚
