      Same I do this once a week helps my lower back so much and hips and psoas!! My weekly and sometimes twice weekly release!

    I have been doing yoga for a year now. Its been more of a struggle lately, not feeling the relaxful bliss at the end of practices the last few months, its been more difficult to go inwards and release but this right here has changed everything. I guess the KEY was my quads and psoas. 3rd time doing this practice, its been absolute hell but the benefits have been very worth it. Thank you so much for every time I feel I am at a plateau one of your videos has been the answer to growing, connecting and releasing the tension in my mind and body.

    Hey Brett im a natural bodybuilder and your videos have been helping alot, i use this one after an intense leg session and it really helps me open everything back up, reduce soreness and get stronger.
    I love the short videos, as for me personally i only want to do something short after big workouts.

    Amazing stretches, I have bulky and overdeveloped quads from years of competitive gymnastics and I want to try to do these everyday to see if I can elongate the muscle and have leaner and less bulky legs!

    Loved it! i needed a quick focus on the quads and this was amazing, so thank you! I am a fitness instructor /yoga teacher as well, but sometimes you want to be the STUDENT not just the teacher so it is always a treat for me to hear another teacher and this was just what i needed today!     I can now squat without outside knee pain and can get back to soccer. You should add some tags in your description for soccer stretches. Sent it to my entire team. Been using massagers, wall stretches, foam rollers, smashing with tennis balls for a couple months and one 20 min video and I am good to go. Thanks

    Really really AWESOME video. I have been struggling with a tight right quad since a back injury 8 months ago. Doing this video every morning or night has really helped over the past 3-4 days. My tight quad come to find out was limiting my ROM in ways I had not even realized. Also an overall great instructor, with a good pace.

    Thanks for an effective video focus on quads. I found it difficult to find a) a video focused on quads, b) an effective sequence. I tried another video however I think I'll be coming back to this one. My hips felt better too and I slept so well. Thanks again.

    I injured my right quad earlier today doing side lunges, and I needed something to relieve that tension and this was perfect. Such yummy stretches and though I can still feel the knot in my quad, it does feel so much better. Thanks, I think I will be practicing with you a lot from now on

    So great! Long quad stretches are exactly what I need!
    Make sure to warm up your quads a bit before starting to get the blood flowing. I tried to do this first thing in the morning and couldn't because my muscles were cold. I had to come back at the end of the day.

    Nice stretches. This class would work best for me if I were warm already before starting; stretches were too deep for cold muscles and hurt my knee so had to modify a fair amount. Will keep this one in mind for post cycle and post run though!

    Amazing class! I haven't tried stretching front splits in a few days and did after this class. I was surprised at how easily I melted down onto my yoga blocks and sat there comfortably. Previously I've been straining in that position. Now I'm just about 3'' from the floor ^_^ I'm so excited! :D Thank you!

    I'm a long time runner/cyclist and my legs are spring loaded, strong and fast...however they are sooo completely tight that I deal with chronic popping of my knee caps and hips and fears of injury on a daily bases. This was soo challenging but I loved it. Thank yo so much, I'm gonna keep stretching!

    I remember trying this video a few years ago and couldn't handle it and avoided quad stretches on this level. I knew I needed to incorporate them at some point as it wasss hindering me from being able to do other poses. So I decided to take the bull by the horns and started adding her 6 Min version into my routine recently. Guess who just got 5hrougg this with ease today? Thank you Brett! You are a marvellous teacher and always break down the moved and what they do to that particular body part or muscle.... Namaste

    I pulled a muscle in my right quad and was in desperate need of a good quad stretch today. This video really helped me out, my legs feel much better :)

    Hi Brett, that was great! One question: When I try to do the deep squad stretch you start at 8:00 min, it's not the stretch that is too deep for me, but in the leg that is bent on the floor I got a pain in my knee, so I had to alternate quite a bit. Do you have a variation when I get a stretch similar to this one? Thanks and love* Fedi
