This analysis is so detailed and well explained! JACKZ falling off box from flash is some I'd probably too reflexively, but hearing it laid out in theory really helps. NiKo timing enemy utility to peek down A ramp and AlexiB being the person who died in the bait setup are really good callouts, I never thought this way before.
Love the 6:55 showing the why for nikos pathing even though it didn’t come into play in the real game, just shows another small thing that if done wrong could have been punished.
Fantastic breakdown, it's amazing how many details are invisible to casual viewers. Also nice to see how much impact JaCkz actually has in G2 system, much more of a cerebral player than I thought he is
Definitely more videos like this where you break down the team play. So many things one just overlooks it really adds a whole new layer to the game. Keep it up!
@@masoncs2 I watch launders as well. He makes a 20+min video where it's mostly rambling and some insight into what the players are doing. Mahone doesn't waste a second of your time.
@@yekna459 yea these demo reviews are straight to the point launders does ramble a lot but the way he carries himself through the video just makes you wanna watch the entire thing
Great breakdown. A really clear analysis of a spectacular comeback. The way you show all the pieces of the puzzle moving into place makes me appreciate CS at this level even more. Without this analysis I wouldn't know how they managed to pull this off. Thanks for your content!
Nice! Tried to come up with something to add to this break down but didn't really, very nicely done! This definitely stands out from other break down videos.
I love the way you explained round 29, I watched this game live and in the moment I was thinking why was NIP not checking close apps for hunter when he is clearly the other B player / had the most b presence other than alexieb. Great video
You did a great job and you caught the details that where key, did your homework on pro level cs as you mention that bait setup were AleksiB is B anchor and by killing him they would not be suspicious of hunters position. Many don't know that the killfeed is actually a very good source of info and actually can be exploited just like G2 did.
5:30 I once played this position at B apps and all the 5 Ts pushed apps but didn't check it, resulting in a 1v5 ace clutch. This is the power of trigger discipline.
Can I add some feedback? Or maybe not feedback, but just something that I would like to see. Maybe you could add some comments/opinions of the bigger picture? Like why NIPs mid take was not as succesfull as the first half of their T side? Maybe compare the success vs the failures. And why did G2 lost mid so much, and what they changed to correct it. They just stopped contesting mid completely? Or something else? What cues they had to do the setups on the sites? Was it only aleksi taking a guess or was it something else? Maybe Im asking too much. I also want to highlight and thank your hard work! Great eye to catch details and thanks for describing the plays for us! Big fan of your and your work. Been a subscriber for years, and your work only gets better!
Thanks for the kind words and thanks for the feedback also! For the things you mentioned, it would likely have to be a separate video discussing those particular elements. Whenever breaking down a match, there's lots of perspectives you can look at it from and looking at it from all those different angles would likely result in a very very long video... 😅 But for your other point on the cues, this is something I try my best to include if there's actually was something noteworthy that swayed the decision making, because sometimes it really is just a gut feeling/intuition that these players go on. I appreciate everything you said and will keep it in mind for future videos. Thank you!
This was a great video! Really seems like the only chance NIP had to close things out was on round 30, if hampus got that kill on NiKo. Besides that, it was a great comeback by G2 and fantastic calling by AleksiB
Great video. What I would also like to see is what NIP could've done better in these instances, what were the mistakes and what would've been the solutions
Jackz and Monesy are a deadly combo they are both at their prime With Niko and hunter - Deadly aim dualist And AleksiB a Mastermind IGL G2 IS A MONSTER
What other matches would like you to see me break down? All suggestions are welcome, let me know down below!
Honestly, I would love to see new OGs agressive Inferno T-side broken down.
hi, FaZe vs Vitality inferno - comeback with score 14-4 this is insane
@@r1kz680 I second this
possibly the new banana meta and how a lot of teams on t-side are opting to give it up early round to retake it later
possibly Faze Clan choking a 15-11 to Cloud9, giving North America their first and only major in CS:GO

All things what he explained in this clip for casual players is little hard to see live on twich, even for some casters
@@shade346 I think it's because watching the footage post match you can take your time and properly analyze everything
Alexi?
-Mahone leaves NIP
-NIP loses a lead to G2
-Mahone: "How did NIP lose a 7 round lead LMAO.... ima put them on blast."
love the vids, all jokes
😂😂 LOL. Thanks so much, appreciate it!

+1 mahone really hopped into a custom server and used bots to demonstrate for that tiny detail XD

By far the best demo review channel on TH-cam
Your forgetting about launders

Thank you so much, glad to hear that!
the editing and commentary in this video is top tier. make this a series!
Thank you so much, definitely more to come!
Nice, simple analysis, I usually play B short or anchor on mirage so the AleskiB/Hunter setups gave me some ideas to try when I'm duo queuing.
Thank you so much, hope you find more success in your next games!
Yeah it also helped me. Instantly got a nice ace out of this set up yesterday.
don't let this amazing breakdown video distract you from the fact that NIP lost a 15-8 lead against G2 at Blast
😂😂 Thanks so much!
Some of my favourite CS content to watch. We appreciate your work so much 💯
Thank you so much, appreciate the support as always!
This is an awesome video! just the type of CS content I want to watch, but can't find enough of

Nice! Tried to come up with something to add to this break down but didn't really, very nicely done! This definitely stands out from other break down videos.
Thank you so much, I appreciate the kind words!
Whole video is so detailed, and very helpful.
Thank you, glad to hear!
It is very interesting to watch such an analysis, because it is light enough to be perceived.
very well spoken and erudite analysis of the game, keep up the good work.

Happy to hear you enjoyed it! Thanks so much
amazing. please breakdown the navi nuke comeback at the major.
pls don't, still hurts
Now I know how I lost ma bet from 15-8
The video is great. But I actually expected to see the key strategy differences from the first rounds to the later.
Does it not hurt when you watch this?
Not any more :D
Does hurt a little bit, can't deny that. But G2 did some great things here!
Great stuff
Miss you in NiP! 😢🖤💚
This aged well lmao
Big Brain mahone
Nice video :)
It’s only gonna happen on mirage because it’s a t side map similar things happen on nuke a lot
