the chimney cake is originally Hungarian! The reason for the misunderstanding may be that the majority of Romania originally belonged to Hungary! All of Transylvania and its culture, architecture, and food traditions are actually Hungarian! The Trianon peace dictate stole two-thirds of Hungary! there is also a Hungarian saying: Hungary is the only country that borders itself! ;)

@@cjexplores You are very welcome and thank you for your videos about the capital!
trianon is of course a very sensitive topic that is very difficult to discuss. Families were torn apart along with territories, and the great powers tried to scapegoat Hungary, whose lands, waters, mineral resources, and forests made it one of the richest countries in Europe. Many had a toothache for the country's goods. Perhaps this is why it is most outrageous that Austria, which also lost in the First World War, stole territory on the western border of the country without any reason. Anyone who gets to know and understand Trianon practically gets to know a lot about Hungarians and the tensions in the region that continue to this day. About canned injustice!
the mutilation of Hungary was actually already planned! Now it is worth observing how much the "whole world", at least the mainstream media, proclaims the importance of Ukraine's territorial integrity! In the case of Trianon and since then, Europe's grand politics does nothing and has done nothing to protect Hungary's territorial integrity, but it has done the same with many other countries in the world. Only if their interests so desire, then there is a stand - while half of today's population of Hungary is still living outside the current borders in greater or lesser oppression, in varying degrees of deprivation of rights.

Buda peopledont look down to Pest people. Both sides of living people have their own unique characters. Buda is more green, Pest has the cultural entertaiments like, movies, museums, theatres. Pest is larger, more variety people live there. It goes back to the roots of political and economy reasons.
Love going back to visit whenever I'm able to. I use to live on Buda side and grew up, and lived on Pest side, under the Gellert hill. I loved it. ☀️🌺

Hi, it's a truly great job, nice to watch! Let me give some additional info. The metro line M1 (also called the yellow line) was the second in the world after London and the first on the continental Europe since 2. May 1896. It has nothing to do with the era of the bad memory soviet occupation, therefore it is rather old style than industrial i think. The entire line is part of the UNESCO World Heritage with so many other sights in BP. Thank you for the correct pronunciation of "s". 🙂Cheers. 🙂

Btw what is the beautiful violin music called that you have in the background at the tram trip/parliament? Hi Bo, thanks for the feedback. We are pretty happy with our style of editing. We could do a simple stock footage edit with voiceover but we really find that less engaging and less personal. We love to present the cities and also share our experiences and emotions in real-time as they happen. Not scripted excitement. You can find plenty of voiceover videos on TH-cam if you wish 😉

There’s quite a large number of tables, so the wait for us wasn’t long at all. I think you can make a booking but it probably won’t be necessary unless you’re a very large group 😉
