I'm from Taiwan, an 89-year old man. I like your videos - Power for Parkinsons - very much because 1.They combine brain and body exercies together. 2.I can follow up to 50-60% of the demonstrations. 3. I am aging, and they help me anti-aging. I am determined to continue sharing your videos as far as possible. Thank you very much.
Hello friend!! Thank you so much for your kind message and for sharing a bit about yourself!! It is wonderful to know that you are joining us from Taiwan and we are so glad to hear that you find our videos helpful. Please reach out if we can support you in any way at all and welcome to the PFP community!!
A wise man said "beware of what you asking for". I was asking for more coordination practice. Polly you provided it and I'm doing it like a bear in the mountains, time and again. (-:. I thank you Polly very much. I'll will do my best to repeat it.
Wow Polly I’ve been unwell lately and that challenged me especially legs and arms doing different things. I felt tired but stayed with you to the end. My confidence got a burst. My bum was a bit sore from Nadine’s class the other day. Thanks for the love it shines out of you all!
Hi Kelly, we are in awe of you staying with this challenging class right to the end, especially after all your recent health troubles. Good on you, we are sending you lots of hugs and well wishes. Oh, and I'm sorry your bum was sore after my class Kelly!! Let me know if I can help you in any way, Nadine :)
That is so good to hear Diane. We are all about neuroplasticity here at PFP so we are glad you appreciate our efforts in creating classes that target this for you all :)
Patti, thank you for your comments-we do like to challenge everyone with new exercise ideas and patterns and we really try to make all of it fun-so glad you appreciate some of these ‘fancy’ coordination moves!! Hope you have a good week!
Ciao Daniela!!! Thank you for checking in with us and joining our exercise session!!! We are delighted to have you join us from Italy!!!! Hope to ‘see’ you again soon!!
I am a huge fan of your Parkinson’s videos. I love that you put a new spin on some exercises to keep us challenged and interested. I try to start every day with one of your videos, and I am a stronger person for it. Keep it up, I love you!!! Jean B from Reno, NV
Hello Jean!! How wonderful to hear that you start each day with a PFP video!! We are so glad our classes are helping you feel stronger within yourself, keep up the great work!!
Hello, Jean, and a huge thank you for your lovely comment! We are delighted that you are joining us everyday and are enjoying the benefits of daily exercise!!! Your message is so positive and an inspiration to all of us! Thank you!!💜💜💜
Thank you for letting us know that, Patti!!! We will try to include more and more of the music breaks!! We love them too and they seem to be very popular among our participants!! Woohoo!!
Hello Polly and PFP group. Eddie and Gwenda here to say what another great video. Had some trouble with the first round but did much better the second time around. The coordination exercises were great. Eddie has left side weakness issues so it was very good for him. Really enjoy the musical background (thanks for adjusting the volume down a bit) rhythm as that helps the coordination. Thanks again for all the work you do to produce these great videos. Have a Blessed week.🤗🤗🤗
Thanks so much for taking the time to share a comment with us Eddie and Gwenda!! We are so glad you had fun with this class and enjoyed the use of music to help with coordination!! It is our pleasure to provide you with these videos and we are so happy to know you find them helpful!!
Hi Eddie and Gwenda! Thanks for checking in again this week to let us know how you are doing and helping us with your specific comments-they are insightful and helpful to us as we plan future workouts. Plus, it is just wonderful to hear from you!! Thank you, and a Blessed week to you both as well!
Thanks so much for joining us for this fun-filled class Tiang!! We are so happy to hear that you found the exercises interesting and encourage you to try the class a few times to work on coordination!!
Tiang Seng, hello to you, and thank you for checking in with your comment. We do understand that one side can be more challenging for many people--keep doing your best and hopefully with more practice things will improve. We will keep trying to include exercises that might help with the weaker side! You are doing great in that you exercise regularly!! Keep up the good work!! We are so happy you are part of our community!❤️💜❤️
Hi Polly - I struggled with the fist on top of fist exercise. I found the co-ordination difficult. Please use this one again so I pick it up over time. Great session. Many thanks Paula and Jon
Hi Paula +Jon-I had a feeling that fist one would be challenging--it was challenging for me, too…I really had to think about it! We will definitely do it again-that will help all of us learn it better and, hopefully, get to the point where it is easier/more automatic. Thank you for the comment, and for your wonderful, positive attitude!!
WoooHooo! Thank you Polly! I was so energized by today’s workout!! It put me in such a great mood to start my day! When you mentioned last week about the 32 step coordination exercise I was intrigued and a little intimidated! But It was a fun challenge. I was able to follow and remember. I noticed I struggled a bit when we lead with the left. I believe that is my weaker or more affected side. I’ve also challenged myself to try and do all the exercises I can while standing. I loved that you included some of our favorites like, 🐧walk, and we are strong. I’ve also really come to enjoy the music break in your workouts! Please continue doing it! I loved today’s song and doing the moves while just dancing around put me in the best mood! Thanksfor the sunshine on my day today.
Oh Eric, thank you for your lovely comments. We are so glad this class put a spring in your step as you started your day!! Keep up the great work, your efforts are inspiring!!
Eric, everything you said is totally amazing and awesome and we are so happy that this workout was uplifting!!! We will definitely to continue to add the music breaks-they are so energizing for all of us, and they are so beneficial to our brain body connection-plus they are so fun!!!!! Standing with many of the exercises is a great option-glad to know you are doing that as well!! And thank you for the feedback about the 32-count memorization/coordination/rhythmic section-we were trying something new with that….finally, we know that oftentimes one side of the body can be more of a challenge-that is why we try to include unilateral work so that we can truly focus on one side at a time…our hope is that it helps!! Keep up the good work and thank you again for your thoughtful comments!🤗
Wow! Sister Polly, What an incredible and wonderful exercise you’ve got! I had so much fun with it. …1,2,3 we are strong! …BINGO walk like a penguin GO GO GO! The last section of the exercise with music is certainly quite motivating. Thank you so much!!!
Hello Heang!! Thank you for your encouraging comment!! We really appreciate knowing which exercises were motivating and fun for you!!! We will continue adding music breaks too-they seem to really resonate with all of us!!! Music and exercise really go well together, don’t they? Keep up the good work and we look forward to hearing from you again soon-

Do you have anything for ppl suffering from M..S.A.-Parkinsonism? I'd love to know as i suffer from that. Currantly doing these +yoga. Keep up the good work❤
