Literally everything good Iris does, the other team members could do better. Caitlin is a significantly better love intrest. Despite Joe not being a meta or a genius, he is a detective, has good pull at CCPD and is wise.
Remember when Felicity first showed up in Arrow and everybody fell in love. Then the rest of the show happened where it leaves some real head-scratching moments.
Felicity is the more tolerable character, at least she has a personality outside whining and flip flopping between guys and is actually useful to her team

A good example being essentially everything she did/said to Ray Palmer in season 3, the fact she legit nuked a city (she didn't launch it but, redirecting it is still messed up, I get that there wasn't an option but, at that point let it nuke our city instead of a random innocent city), next part is a bit long so I'll separate it. So in some season, Oliver finds out he has a son and the mother tells him that nobody can find out or else he'll never be allowed to see his son. So somehow Felicity finds out and gets mad about him not telling her, then calls off their engagement for basically the most childish reason. It's also more annoying when you take into account the previous seasons which had them ending their relationship for more legitimate reasons. Also, that whole thing with Ray, where she took advantage of that poor grieving guy who lost his wife. Then he essentially was the perfect partner to her, they had a lot in common, etc. At some point further into the relationship, Felicity just wanted to get back with Oliver and the city was legit going to get flooded or something. So Ray was going to use his super suit to save it but, Felicity wanted him to use it to save Oliver from Ra's Al Ghul. Now, if the city wasn't in danger, Ray would've been like "okay" because he's a really good dude, even when being cheated on but, dude finally stood up for himself and Felicity stole the suit or something. Then later Ray got blown up in a lab experiment and he apparently left his entire company to Felicity and she just ran it to the ground throughout the seasons because, she used a lot of the funds for Oliver, instead of actually creating tech to help civilisation like Ray wanted. Meanwhile Iris is just kinda annoying and thinks she leads team Flash.
Can we acknowledge that Felicity, thanks to being on team arrow can actually fight, while Iris is just a bossy wife/damsel in distress most times? Iris gets no diffed by the best girl of the CW
