Have a question about movement towards the end of the poses you posted . It’s where you are on your knees with your hands together before opening the chest, before you went on to babies pose. Question. When I do this I have trouble maintaining the pose . My legs shake any advice?????
4:00 I can get into a deep squat and keep my feet flat but my back does round too much for me to reach up w/my hand. Should I lift up on my toes initially, lift my arm, and THEN try to lower my heels?
Great question. Start by being on the balls of the feet with your hands in prayer position. Then try to lower to flat feet, provided you feel zero paid and your back stays in a neutral position. THEN try to lift the arm. If your back starts to round, just go back to hands at prayer. Over time, with practice, your mobility will improve and as you lift the arm, your back will begin to stay neutral.
Hmmm feel good. I admitt. I love 5 minutres workout before going to start the day. So what is the difference about yoga for stress and meditation for stress?
