Bhai i think india n specifically here in gurgaon WE NEED GREEN FIELD SMART CITY FROM NOW ON just like global city ,ek bhi project future mai aise hi nahi develop karna chahia ,gere we have aravali n we struggle in proper green area,we have no big public park ....water logging situation 😞
Noida has its own issues .. Water supply, public transport, safety, also the gentry is not that good .. Yogi ji has made significant development work but i think GGN is still better (specific sectors not all) ..Also Noida doesnt offer that high paying jobs ..more or less mid level or low level jobs .. Also manufacturing units are still running in the middle of the sectors which is not good

Water supply, public transport, safety in Noida better than GGN, As far as High paying job is concern Noida is improving, whereas GGN loosing its glory no new setup in recent past, in 10 Year Noida will surpass GGN in high paying jobs, in other aspects Noida is already far ahead then GGN.
GGN has now competition with Gaziyabad don't compare GGN with Noida.
@@arpitdubey1329 Bro Neither Noida nor Gurgaon (even other cities) will have that fat paying cushy salary .. Those days might be over forever ..IIT me 4 lac ka package offer .. I also have executive diploma from IIM and getting so many calls to help them place .. Situation is really bad specially for those working for foreign clients in US or Europe .. most of the fortune 500 companies have base located at Gurgaon currently while their data centre or other backend jobs are in Noida ..Also a very important thing is that most of the property prices in Noida/Gurgaon are in the hands of people living in Delhi .. middle class people who used to have a flat/builder floor or plot sell it and buy in ggn or Noida or even in greater noida .. i also live in Delhi that till date GGN was number 1 choice .. 2nd thing is that Noida's Gentry perception in Delhis middle class is less than that of GGN .. probably early marketing and gundaraj till 2017-18 ...anyways for future i cant say

Gurgaon, Noida, Hyderabad and few more ..they more or less rely on service sector mostly outsourced work .. I am working in this sector and currently theres bloodbath in terms of layoffs .. hiring is almost frozen ..flat hike .. i really doubt if these cities will be able to even sustain seeing lack of job growth .. Delhi has no issues as it controls most of the trade and high number of Govt Jobs, ministries are there .. I think Gurgaon in next 5 years needs to attract local service Jobs, innovation hub and trade favorable (manufacturing) but yes high paying cushy jobs days are over for sure .. IT/Tech USA dream sab khatam

the day if Yogi looses election people will start moving away up in terms of investments ..basically real estate in UP means Ghaziabad, noida, lucknow and some particular areas/plots like authority plots etc .. British 100 years ago crafted posh areas like model town, civil lines , mall road gym khana , some great markets in around every old city ..they knew how to do it ..BJP/Congress or any other govt these people are dumb ..they want to hold on to land and maintain that demand supply gap ..Sab mile hue hai ji :)
