Faridabad has a very unique location ..it sits between all the major satellite cities of Delhi .. Noida, Greater Noida and Gurgaon and yes the capital (south Delhi) ..it takes 45 minutes to CP, 45 minutes to cyber city gurgaon, 1 hr to sector 62 Noida and half hour to sector 18 noida ..so one can work in all these areas without any fuss .. Land prices are still very affordable .. the biggest concern of Faridabad is heavy industry(pollution) and civic amenities ..otherwise one can buy there ..
Everywhere they allow polluting industries to set up no guidelines no categories restrictions of set up of mid large factories every city is polluted failed Indian law and system responsible for 90years

The same way, dreams were sold to people to convince people to buy sub-standard society flats in greater Faridabad. Politicians and officials are not honest for the development of Faridabad. Unfortunate for the City😢

Faridabad can become the next big thing if Haryana Govt opts to develop these industries in the city:- (1) IT & BPO (2) Electronics & Semi Conductors (3) Education
Too much hype and marketing by dealers in Sohna due to lot of money making saleable inventory for them in comparison to hsvp sector Pataudi, south of new Gurgaon and KMP where almost all issues discussed here have been dealt with by the Government and once new signal free Expressway joining Dwarka Expressway is completed, it will reduce travel time to airport etc. by half. Financiers dealers themselves are heavily invested in this hsvp sector and hyped marketing by them will begin after elections around Diwali for next 1/2 hugely profitable years!!!
