I’m on the waitlist - I predict this app will trend the same as all gig apps, they’ll be good for a amount of time then once they reel us in they will drop the rates
Well it depends how much you can make on this app because if it's like doordash where you hardly get no offers then you'll be just paying a subscription to them for free
If work is garunteed, then i would pay a subscription fee. But I'll belive it, when i see it. I doubt it'll even launch in my area but i did sign up and I'm on the waiting list. The fee is obviously a introductory fee to get as many people signed on, during the onboarding phase. Just like every other app at launch, they make promises of good pay rates to attract people but when the app gets popular and they have enough people and scale of restaurants, then the fleecing begins.
if this cuts out the customer paying high delivery fees like with dd and the rest this could lead to higher tips from customers. just a shame its not in my area.
Nope, I personally wouldn't do it. Especially right now since it hasn't launched. Kind of sounds a little gimmicky to sign up and pay for a service that isn't even active yet. Like you mentioned, still don't even know what the customer fee is. I'd rather just pay money for a load board, and make a few runs.
On the waitlist thanks
Great way to switch it up

Where are they offering services? Website asks if you are in Austin, TX. No one answers the phone? Will they be in our area here in the NE?
