@@reallifepsych3309 heck yeah it is! One of the few things you can use every second of everyday. Especially to analyze your own thoughts/feelings/behavior or someone else’s! Both a blessing and a curse 😂😂

@@DisneySleeve I've felt the same way about it being a blessing and a curse. But I've rationalized that it would be even more of a curse if I couldn't analyze my own thoughts/feelings/behaviours. Plus, im certain the blessing far outweighs the curse!

Completely unrelated to this video, but I absolutely admire the fact that you don't cut out parts of your videos when you mispronounce a word or stutter in the middle of a sentence. As an introvert who's extremely self conscious and feel embarrassed & humiliated when they stutter or mispronounce something, this means a lot to me. Thank you for that, Alexa.

This comment made my day!! Thank you so much. To be honest I always get nervous to even put out these videos for the same reason. I feel so much better thanks to you!

@@reallifepsych3309 I was about to comment the same! The idea that I get is that you sometimes stutter or gobble a word because you are a bit tense. I came here to say that you don't have to! The jokes are on point, the content is super interesting and the delivery is clear, keep it up!

Great Channel! I Personally feel that in order to stay motivated to workout we should acknowledge what is does to our mental health rather than the physical. I use workouts as a method of stress relief, so it has been easy for me to stay consistent. If we take our time and not go too hard on ourselves, especially our diets, i feel like this can make more people stay in the gym.

Yes, I agree. Exercise is so important for mental health, and is often overlooked as a benefit. And as long as we are consistent, the results will come, that’s the beauty! Thanks for finding us and commenting!

Those January/February months are brutal at the gym lol it seems like New Year's resolutions rarely seem to pan out.
I think everyone expects the results to happen overnight and don't want to stay consistent and put in the work.
