It's genuinely heartwarming to see others from outside the country appreciate this man and his amazing improv - I was very sad to read about his passing, it was felt everywhere
Yeh Jimmy is the draw card to the show, but once you're in you realize there's so many hilarious comedians they've had. Sean is a legend, but death catches us all eventually I guess.
Sean was on top form that day. The RNLI line seemed to go over your heads. It's a major (Lifeboat) charity in the UK. Don't forget we have 7000 miles of coastline, possibly more, depends how you count it. It's manned by volunteers who put their lives at risk to save others, so the thought of being proud to have embezzled money from them is in deliberate bad taste. I guess the seal clubbing was more suited to an international audience
RNLI isn't just in the UK.

The RNLI Sean mentioned embezzling money from is the Royal National Lifeboat Institute, which does rescues on the sea
Probably worth adding it's a charity and they're all volunteers putting their lives at risk for others for those that don't get how truly awful that would be. lol.
I think Priti Patel is one of the 'don't get it' people when it comes to the RNLI.

Not sure if anyone has said this already but over here in the UK Sean Locke is and will always be known as the comedian's comedian....he can make anyone laugh I can't watch and enjoy cats the same since he left us :( x
Sean was one of my favourate comedians of all time- he was outrageous but utterly loveable- his "that's a challaneging w-nk" line was utterly hilarious!

Honestly I don’t often ever feel truly sad when a celebrity passes , but it really hit me when Sean died .

People have misconceptions about OCD. Just being neat and doing things in a patternlike way doesn't necessarily mean you have OCD. Actual OCD would be something like washing your hands a certain number of times because you think by not doing so something bad will happen. It's a debilitating mentall illness.

In recent years Sean Lock, particularly on 8 out of 10 cats does Countdown, has been the funniest guy around. Such a sad loss.
Always an absolute highlight of the programme was he! Even if some of the guests weren't that funny you knew it'd be OK with Sean there.

Sean was at the top of his game and is fondly remembered by us all. Love the way you guys appreciate British TV and Motor Racing and so on. Likewise I love US TV like the Big Bang Theory, Stranger Things, 24, Supernatural, American Gods, Walking Dead and Cheers etc.

Sean was one hell 9f a comedian. Timing was impeccable. Speaking of which there's a clip of Johnny Vegas on The Last Leg messing with the panel in the pre show. It's in the outtakes. The way he let's everyone calm down then hits again is one of a kind 😂😂

Sean died a few weeks ago from lung cancer and if you look at this in retrospect it is now obvious he was struggling with his breathing. So sad and not even sixty years old, great talent gone forever.
