Very good tutorial and many exercises I never heard of. Thanks!. Just one thing I didn t hear you advice to practice on both sides. Except for this point it s Perfect!
Looks really good! (I wish the downvotes would explain themselves). A note about shoulder position for the pushing arm might have been helpful, but perhaps it's obvious during the exercise. Cheers sharing.
Asking anyone that can do both to an okay degree Is a human flag on a stall bar easier (2 bars parallel to each other and the ground) or harder than on a vertical pole?
Question: if one doesn’t have massive arms and upper body, can you still achieve the flag pole? Every person I’ve seen doing the flag have massive upper bodies. Just wondering would it be better focusing on building the upper body strength first before you can come close to achieving this ?
Massive arms are not a requirement. Having smaller legs makes it easier. Consider being able to do a one arm pull up, you don't have to be massive, but you can be. Same move different body types. Also it's totally not called the flag pole, that makes no sense, that's just standing up.
bodybuidlers have a harder time their muscles are not functional for compound movements, a bodybuilder has a lot of weight and mostly 1 muscle who does the work for ex a bicep curl doesnt require stability muscles like a bodyweight bar curl
Excellent instruction.
Well explained.
Thanks.

Good video. If I can't do it, it's my fault. Did you have to work up to this feat of strength?
whats more difficult?
frontlever, muscle up or human flag? I can do the first two but I cant human flag so far
LiangHuBBB for me front lever. I can do “a” muscle up, and a second hold with the human flag, and only a tucked front lever. But that’s me 🤷🏾♀️
Hbu?
Front Lever, then Planche is even more difficult.
Thats cool
Great video
Great!
What are those 2 little attachment bars called?
this is the best tutorial
A very good tutorial, except that those steps are not easy! :D

does it require core strenght ???? and is it neccessary to b a body builder
Ronit Chandra Kesaria core strength is super important for the human flag pole!!! And no you don’t need to be a body builder r
