The pivot point is at the _top,_ so they more closely mimic the operation of most real-world aircraft, and they just plain feel better than the sliding pedals or pantograph style pedals. Beyond that, the spring tension is easily adjustable as is the brake pedal angle. There's also a mod available which adds hydraulic damping if you're so inclined. The downside? 1) Obviously the price. 2) I use the TPR on a carpeted floor and found that they slide around all over the place. I _totally_ solved it though by attaching a couple of carpet spikes to the bottom of the mounting plate and now they don't slide _anywhere!_ If you want to move or reposition them, you _literally_ have to pick them up and then put them back down in the new location! 3) If you have a nice hardwood floor, you're on your own I guess... 🙂

@@g-locmediaI have the Crosswind, absolutely love these pedals, and added the optional damper. Beautifully fitted into the design and works very well to improve the feel to be more realistic against cammed springs alone, and very tunable for feel. Definitely worth the small added expense and well made. Also just swapped in the new optional "combat" pedals from the big stock ones (Messerschmidt?) and find them better for me. @@g-locmedia They are great! Definitely worth the money and a huge upgrade from the Logitech Saitek Pro pedals I had before. The added damper is great too.
Just bought a pair of MFG Cross winds with the optional damper - as a real life private pilot, it’s the closest feeling I’ve had to using real pedals. This is especially true when flying as the force to move the pedals require quite a bit of force to get the full range - but will smoothly return to center instead of snapping back to center like other spring peddles which causes instability with fine rudder inputs. The silky movements are second to none and you won’t find a better set of pedals at its price point.
Nice rig! I, too, have the Brunner yoke and would not fly without it. Best ever flight sim yoke. I also have the Brunner Peddles and strongly recommend them for your rig. There’s nothing like feeling the wheels of your plane on take offs and landings. Ground handling is second to none.
Looks epic! You could mount some air tubes with twist nozzles above for room cooling. Maybe add a call button light for beverage service on those 4+ hour flights! I use the VKB T-Rudder MKIV pedals and love them. All steel construction so they're super robust and don't slide around. They're the best piece of hardware in my rig. Half the price of the TPR pedals, only downside is you can't do toe braking.
Great setup. Also kind of interesting how the HOTAS part of it is the weakest link: the Warthog joystick base is by now highly surpassed by so many alternatives, it really is kind of in the same league as your rudder pedals by this point. Those are the weak links. But if you really like the feel of the Warthog grip in your hands, just plonk it onto a Virpil base, or VKB with an adapter, or RealSim if you want to specialise it for DCS.
I fully agree to this. Honestly, I think the Warthog is a disappoint. Only the metal grip makes it okay. It is so clunky and inaccurate in my opinion. I would also recommend the VKB base. Virpil probably as well, but no personal opinion. On such a great set, I'd almost say you deserve a better stick solution.

I have been flying a while in DCS world and this taught me a lot thanks for posting. I have a buttkicker and the jet seat hooked up together - I think I like the jets seat better but the buttkicker gets the job done as well. Both compliment each other.
Awesome setup! For the rudder pedals, the only and BEST option is the Thrustmaster Pendular Rudder. It's robust and precise, all metal made and it even has the pressure adjust. Consider it, and you will not regred.
@@g-locmedia I have the thrustmaster pendular ruder pedals and they are of good quality and work well. But they have the same issue as every other set of rudder pedals I have used which is that they just don't represent what a real plane is like. For the exact same price I have found that the redbird flight pedals are actually a lot better. Better build quality and they are designed for FAA certified simulators. And they are the exact same price. Now if you want to go more for the budget set. By far the best bang for your buck is the vkb rudder pedals. They do not have toe breaks, but to be honest I didn't really miss them that much. I did think it would be an issue, but it wasn't as big as I would have throught. Though that being said, I would consider that to be the budget option for those looking for a good set. The logitec and the cheaper thrustmaster pedals are just not good at all. Especially when considering the price of the VKB. But obviously the redbird pedals and the brunner are the 2 kings when it comes to the best of the best.
I agree. I've had a set since they came out and they haven't skipped a beat. The pendular motion is also as close to the real thing that you will experience.
After going VR there's just no way I could switch to flat screens even in a setup like this! The depth perception is just such a big of a deal for me. I'd need collimated displays to give up VR!
Id recommend the VIRPIL ACE INTERCEPTOR petals X-wind landings are a dream and they work with GA and DCS perfectly. The distance between the patals makes it way way easyer to keep those small turns coordinated.
I recently picked up the Brunner FFB pedals and they are absolutely insane. Highly reccommend if theyre within budget! Also - have you thought about upgrading to a full motion rig?
Your setup is inspiring. I love how it uses affordable items and looks absolutely amazing! Ive got the controls and computer ready to go, just need to pull the trigger on the Next level racing flight sim pro, tv's and tv stand. Are you still liking the stand? I like your custom platform to make the throttle fit to the side. What monitor stand are you using for the triple 55" setup?
Yea the flight Sim pro is good. If your in the US you can use my code GLOCMEDIA to get 5% off. This is an affiliate link. However I'd always suggest checking out Amazon first as sometimes you can save even more. I have two floor stands and the middle one on a wall mount bracket for the three 55s
Does MSFS have a way to only show the exterior view now? I'm an old school cockpit builder from the FS2004,FSX,Prepar3D era and am looking at building one again and while I like the idea of a simple glorified virtual cockpit like this, I want a more realistic tactile experience with 2D gauges and more hands on knobs and buttons. So I plan to build a full instrument panel and likely go with the Garmin G1000 rather than just see them on the big screens. Really nice though, I bet the fighters are fun.
the buttkicker is awesome I have one on my home cinema setup and it really does pull you into the movie. great setup buddy you must get lost in there for hours..
Dont' you feel a 4th monitor in the vertical axis would be a logical next step for combat ? You know, since for most fights you need to see 30-60 degree up in a turn fight if you do not want to use VR/TrackIR to break your pit immersion.
@@g-locmediaOk, I thought the point of having a physical simpit was to keep stable reference views with controls to not break immersion. But what do I know, I ended up in VR just because I failed to build a projector based half-dome. The cheap single projector to a mirror ball reflecting to a white dome. The math-software-precision of what can be done home in a garage was just too much.
@@g-locmedia I know, I have moved my controls last year from desk-mounted to completelly chair-mounted (hotas + keyboard + mouse) so I can look behind me in VR by rotating on my office chair and not destroy my neck. Back in my TrackIR days I found it hard with the real vs translated angles to keep track of your planes orientation for brief moments when you are looking at the bogey and you have nothing in your view just bogey and cockpit glass. VR's one to one angles actually helps tremendously here if your neck is up to it or you are willing to mount everyhing on a chair :D Anyway, don't want to be here just to brag and advertise VR for you. I was just thinking out loudly how much a 4th display or something else that would give view along vertial axis would help you avoid trackir. Without going nuts with a second layer of 3 more monitors as "2nd row". and half-dome still being hard to achieve stunt for entusiasts without getting professional help.
You should really try to get a 6 Axis DOF Reality Motion chair. And then a high end VR headset on top of that, if you can. That will bring on all the immersiveness, i tried this setup and it felt like I was in an actual F18. Although the chair can get pricy, (£8000), it was worth every penny.
hi, I love your setup. I'm thinking about getting myself the Flight Sim Seat & Stand combo. Could you please tell me how much space the combo need? Thanks!
Also I can highly recommend a subwoofer. I have one (for other reasons), and the immersion when taking off and feeling all that rumble makes it insanely nice. Even on a single 27" screen.
You sold me on the Hisense televisions. Did you mention in this vid or a previous one what mounting system you were using for the 3 TVs? Looks like many of the known brands top out at ~50 inches short of Monstertech.
So I’m using two standard floor mounted TV stands for the side monitors. Then I have a tv wall bracket fixing up the middle one. Fairly cheap way to do it.
I went with the LG C2/3 can’t remember single display thinking about upgrading to 2 more but don’t know if my 3080 video card can handle it. I have the Pimax crystal but it makes me motion sick
Get the ThrustMaster TPR Pendular Rudder Pedals- best and most realistic I've tried (I'm a IRL pilot)...Also if you want to smooth out your stick, get the Virpil VPC WarBRD base. It was a huge upgrade for me!!!
Thrustmaster TPR for the pedals definitely. It feels like real rudder pedals (stepping instead of those sliding up and down pedals) and it doesnt slide on the floor when u are using the pedals (heavy enough with rubber grips at the bottom).
Well so far I have only seen one video just a couple days ago that tops your Flight SIM Rig and hardware. The guy has a home Rig that simulates a Boeing 737 airliner. At first I thought it was a real cockpit or something that Boeing would have to train their pilots, had numerous switches above him, and all over - it looked like an Airliner. Your flight SIM Rig is also awesome what you have put into the hardware and actual layout of what a cockpit should look like. It is amazing how far you guys can go to make a 50 dollar Flight SIM game and turn it into a living, breathing, flight experience. Again, great job with your flight SIM Rig and enjoy many hours flying. You guys make my simple Thrustmaster flight controls hardware and one display look too unrealistic. LOL!!!!! Thanks for the video and take care.
Love it! Although with the amount of equipment here I would have no time to play from working to pay for everything and the electric bill lol. By the way definitely check out IL2: Sturmovik if you have only played DCS. It has insane damage modeling, for instance I have had pieces of enemy control surfaces come back and damage my propeller lol
Great setup! How does it compare to VR when playing DCS in fighting scenarios etc...checking your 6 seems more immersive with VR but also more uncomfortable?
so a powered usb hub can handle all the Virpil gear, ? it says they should be plugged in directly. I am looking at a serious upgrade on my PC so any help is appreciated. Love the information you have already supplied.
Ok, so how do you add more peripherals. I can only use 4. As soon as I use vjoy, I lose my rudder pedals. Is there a work around for this.I spent too much on Virgil not to use them.
Imagine your partner not liking this???? Women are built differently. I would love to see that and try it out. My girlfriend is similar as she is not really into gaming and gadgets but I am trying my best to get her to convert to a tech nerd.
You're right about keeping cables short and uncoiled! When you coil a wire it changes the impedance (or resistance) of the wire and degrades it's performance.
I've got a number of the same items you do including chair and quadrant but my setup is vastly inferior to yours. Very nicely done. And great idea with those pin boards for a cheap but immersive way of covering all the cables.
i owned the tFlight rudders years back, and they are ok for the price, bet not very smooth and very narrow. So pretty soon i upgraded to the Logitech or saitek G rudder pedals (which ever you can find) . They are so much better, and round 150€ new so not expensive. If i had maybe 1 thing i could improve on them is that they are still a bit to narrow for me. i would like em even wider. More premium options you could look at are, the Turtle beach Volocity, or the Vipril Ace rudders. both of them being around 300€ The TPR pedals are indeed pretty solid, but also 500€. no problem for you maybe, but for anyone who likes to save a buck.. remember , they only move your rudder and/or nosewheel.
Thanks for taking the time to go through your thoughts in this. Turtle beach had been mention med a few times as a good value option that’s still pretty good quality.
Are you running the screens at 4k? How do you get consistent framerates at 3x4k? I have been thinking about getting maybe 1 4k screen in the middle and two 1080p for the sides or maybe 3 1080 and be done with it
Honestly, the only thing that looks "crazy" at first glance are those 3x55" screens. And 3 of them are in the ball park of a slightly expensive VR headset. 80% of pilots in my virtual wing run much more expensive setups - imagine all-Virpil cockpits, Touch screens for interaction with the sim, F14 RIO cockpits fully laid out in self-built button boxes... The Brunner Yoke, that's something special that you don't see every day! My recommendation would be a Thrustmaster Pendular Rudder. They're on the expensive side, but sturdy and pendular instead of sliding unlike most other rudders. Gives a special more realistic feel, and their exceptional with helos. I run them with no springs at all for that, some ppl add oil dampeners for an even better feel.
Love your setup. I have been using XPlane for about 10 years. Most of the comments here are focused on MSFS or DCS which I do not intend to go to. I fly the Zibo 737 mod in XPlane 12. The latest rev finally fixes the fps issues with XPlane. I use a Viotek 32” curved display, and HC yoke and Bravo throttle quadrant. Have a Ryzen cpu with AMD 5700XT gpu. Have you or your followers any experience with XPlane 11 or 12 on 3 displays? Best hardware, pros, cons, etc.? Also, I have tried Vr with my Quest 2. Vr for flight sim has a long way to go in my opinion.
Over the past year I’ve really only flown MSFS. I am doing a comparison video on X-Plane V MSFS for motion system lupus and force feedback though. This will also be set up in the big triples.
Hey do you use track IR with this set up to try and look behind you all the way in DCS? I just purchased the screens you mentioned but a couple steps up. How is the dog fighting with the three screens with or without track IR
i went from a tflight hotas for DCS to Winwing MIP, f16,f18/F15 stick grips and then f15e,f16,f18 throttle grips . and virpil ace pedals. had the warthog for a bit but it felt cheap
It’s a really hard one. For me I loose too much with a VR headset. Sure I get the depth perception but I loose peripheral sight, loose sight of all my controls and I haven’t tried a headset yet that’s not too big and clunky. For combat flight sim though I think VR is there.
Hi Nice videos you have done for the Brunner CLS-E NG and CLS-E MK II Rudder Pedals :) First I wondering if there are some improvements of the yoke accept the force if you are comparing the CLS-E NG vs CLS-E MK II? No matter where I am looking I can only see reviews in Nono jet aircraft. When coming for Jets like B737. There is none. It should be since the units is a great piece of equipment for FS. Anyway I am using PRosim737NG and I am looking for FFB units for my cockpit :) What is your opinion of the Bruner Units for Prosim or the inbult 737/ PMDG737? Best regards Fredrik
I will have to mainly use the mouse. I’d love one of those G1000 units so I could have proper control but they are a bit out of my reach at the moment.
How far away are your eyes from the tv screens? I’m looking at 48” and 55” size and want to try to get it close to me right behind my sim racing wheel and flight sim controls.
I wish that there were some way to manipulate your inertial frame of reference to simulate an accelerated one. That way, upon rotation, you could “feel” the takeoff. What RAM does your computer need to run this setup?
In terms of rudder pedals I cant recommend the MFG Crosswind V3's with the hydraulic dampener. I will never buy another pedal set after flying these for about a year.

Love my TPR but it’s the only one I have had😁
I have been flying a while in DCS world and this taught me a lot thanks for posting. I have a buttkicker and the jet seat hooked up together - I think I like the jets seat better but the buttkicker gets the job done as well. Both compliment each other.
Do you get any discomfort with the jet seat?
Awesome setup! For the rudder pedals, the only and BEST option is the Thrustmaster Pendular Rudder. It's robust and precise, all metal made and it even has the pressure adjust. Consider it, and you will not regred.
Yea, that's one that gets mentioned quite a lot. They look pretty high quality
im using my g29 racing wheel as rudder pedals and they work!!!!@@g-locmedia
For HDMI 2.1 cable, try the Active Fiber Optic ones, they're not cheap but they are amazing
Great idea. I’ll have a look at them. Can you recommend a brand?
Nice work! Go for the TPR pedals, you won't regret it. Keep the TM handle and upgrade the base into Virpils WarBRD-D. Best of the both worlds.
Thanks for the recommendation. Someone else recommended the TPR’s too.
Yes...TPR pedals is recommended. 👍
Got ‘em , love ‘em! Haven’t installed damper mod yet.
I agree. I've had a set since they came out and they haven't skipped a beat. The pendular motion is also as close to the real thing that you will experience.
Awesome setup! I've started saving up to clone your setup ;-) Wondering if you could tell us, or do a video and show us how the screens are mounted?
Yea I plan to do that as I’ve had quite a few people ask. Basically both side TVs are on floor stands and the centre tv is on a wall bracket.
At this point, just buy a plane.
A bit too costly for me. Maybe one day
The entire idea behind high fidelity flight sims like dcs is that you can actually do combat scenarios
Right!????
You have no idea how much a plane costs, let alone maintaining one, don't you?
😂
After going VR there's just no way I could switch to flat screens even in a setup like this! The depth perception is just such a big of a deal for me. I'd need collimated displays to give up VR!
Depth perception is mind-blowing in VR. I can’t argue with, as soon as someone creates a mixed reality with good pass through I’ll be on board.
@@g-locmediaCheck out the Somnium VR1 if you haven't heard of it. That's basically what they're going for.
Just wait for holography. By the time technology is revealed to the public, it is already 50 years old.@@g-locmedia
Id recommend the VIRPIL ACE INTERCEPTOR petals X-wind landings are a dream and they work with GA and DCS perfectly. The distance between the patals makes it way way easyer to keep those small turns coordinated.
Had quite a few recommendation on those. Thanks for the recommendation
How you make this video without mentioning cost and setup time is beyond me
That's a fair point. Next time I'll include some pricing info
Very cool. I went with VR instead, but wish I had the room and money to do both.
I recently picked up the Brunner FFB pedals and they are absolutely insane. Highly reccommend if theyre within budget! Also - have you thought about upgrading to a full motion rig?
Motion is a bit out or reach for me at the moment but maybe one day.
@@oldowl4290 it doesn't. You would need to look to X-Plane for that
Congratulations on staying married
Only just
I wonder how that would looke with a trio of Odyssey ARK 55"? That 1000r curve would make quite the wraparound
Yea that would completely next level.
the buttkicker is awesome I have one on my home cinema setup and it really does pull you into the movie.
great setup buddy you must get lost in there for hours..
Never thought that about setting one up with a movie. That sounds cool
@@g-locmedia lol it is especially when you have a big sub that rumbles at the same time as your seat. 🤣🤣🤣
That looks fantastic, please send a list of all the equipment I need to replicate it !!!
Thanks. It’s at the bottom in f the description. Check it out.
very nice, I've always had one 55" curved screen monitor, two more for the side views would be nice
Makes a massive difference
Dont' you feel a 4th monitor in the vertical axis would be a logical next step for combat ? You know, since for most fights you need to see 30-60 degree up in a turn fight if you do not want to use VR/TrackIR to break your pit immersion.
I actually use track IR on the vertical axis only for that. Works well.
@@networkgeekstuff9090 it certainly is but unfortunately with DCS is kinda essential.
VR's one to one angles actually helps tremendously here if your neck is up to it or you are willing to mount everyhing on a chair :D
Anyway, don't want to be here just to brag and advertise VR for you. I was just thinking out loudly how much a 4th display or something else that would give view along vertial axis would help you avoid trackir. Without going nuts with a second layer of 3 more monitors as "2nd row". and half-dome still being hard to achieve stunt for entusiasts without getting professional help.
I can recommend MFG Crosswind pedals, high quality, and they can be modded to your personal taste with different footrests etc.
A common theme with a few others recommending the same. Have you tried the damper kit?
@@g-locmedia No I haven't, I use my MFG for MSFS only so it is not needed, but if you play combat sim it can certainly be a good option.
Landing the plane in that storm looked so bloody amazing.
Totally addictive
You should really try to get a 6 Axis DOF Reality Motion chair. And then a high end VR headset on top of that, if you can. That will bring on all the immersiveness, i tried this setup and it felt like I was in an actual F18. Although the chair can get pricy, (£8000), it was worth every penny.
I have a 2dof motion platform on there now and it's pretty cool.
Amazing. Vr and motion rig is the way to go for me, but I can see the allure of having everything tangible within arms reach
I’d love to get in to motion but it still feels a bit out of reach for me at the moment price wise.
@@g-locmedia great setup in the meantime!
hi, I love your setup. I'm thinking about getting myself the Flight Sim Seat & Stand combo. Could you please tell me how much space the combo need? Thanks!

Yea few few people have mention them. Have you tried them yourself?
Wondering if your chair comes with seatbelts and a parachute ?
Lol. Actually comes with seatbelts
Incredible setup! Thanks for sharing this. Suggest Ruddo pedals. Very realistic feel but not cheap.
I've heard the Ruddos are great with the load cell brakes.
Also I can highly recommend a subwoofer. I have one (for other reasons), and the immersion when taking off and feeling all that rumble makes it insanely nice. Even on a single 27" screen.
I actually use a buttkicker for this but guess they do similar things
rudder pedals. look into the SLAW DEVICE. I love mine.
I’ll have a look at that
VKB rudder pedals are incredible, no toe brake is the only let down on them but the build quality is fantastic.
What's the downside with the toe brakes?
They have none :)

Rudder pedals.
Tried a few, still have not found any that beats Thrustmaster TPR.
Mostly fly combat planes and helicopters.

Thanks for the recommendation. I know VIRPIL products are top notch.
@@g-locmedia Yep...and the base works great with my warthog stick
Thrustmaster TPR for the pedals definitely. It feels like real rudder pedals (stepping instead of those sliding up and down pedals) and it doesnt slide on the floor when u are using the pedals (heavy enough with rubber grips at the bottom).
I'll second that. The TPR pedals are amazing.
Thanks for sharing!
Two 15” touch screens (13” will do) for pop out instrument windows, garmin screens, maps, sky vector, etc. indispensable.
I have a pilot mate who has exactly that.
Can you please add a line item for which stand(s) you are using to support the tv's? thanks!
No worries mate. I'll do it in the next hr.
Wouldn’t go with honeycomb Charlie pedals, Virpil always solid, I’m using basic CH pro pedals and like the heel cups for longer navigation
The delays have been crazy on those
I'd recommend the Virpil ACE Interceptor Pedals
Another on that gets a regular mention. Thanks for the recommendation. Do you fly with the Virpil?
@g-locmedia yes, I do. A huge upgrade over the logitech pedals I had before. Both in dimensions and quality. Very smooth
I highly recommend the Milan flight gear crosswind pedals. they are SO good for the money, around 200 bucks
a few people have mentioned them. Thanks for the recommendation
I highly recommend MFG Crosswinds Rudder Pedals.

The problem with the warthog is no stick twist. You don't need rudder pedals if you have that...
True in one sense but I’d rather use rudders for that. It’s way more engaging. If the warthog had twist I don’t think I’d have bought it.
In other videos, you had your gauges on a separate panel above the yoke. Do you have a video detailing that setup? Thanks!
Yea, in mu older videos I had the Logitech Flight panels and autopilot panel attached via the existing bolt holes. Works great!
I absolutely love your setup, this looks really good
Thanks mate
A big blast ! Besides the fortune of such homesim, I wonder how many watts you are burning out ?
Cheers
Lol. Would be a fair few lol.
Thanks for such kind comments mate. Really appreciated 👍
Awesome rig, I use MFG Crosswind pedals with the damper mod fitted they are awesome.
Would you reckoned the damper mod. Does it make a big difference?
@@g-locmedia The damper mod makes the pedals feel hydraulic rather than spring and pulley so more like real life.
I've been getting in to IL2. Its pretty addictive
Great setup! How does it compare to VR when playing DCS in fighting scenarios etc...checking your 6 seems more immersive with VR but also more uncomfortable?

You're right about keeping cables short and uncoiled! When you coil a wire it changes the impedance (or resistance) of the wire and degrades it's performance.
Every day is a school day. Thanks for the insight. Love it!
beautiful set up but i have no idea how you sit that close,i have the same screen but just one and can't stand being within 5 feet from it
It honestly doesn’t both me. Apart from the heat. Lol.
I've got a number of the same items you do including chair and quadrant but my setup is vastly inferior to yours. Very nicely done. And great idea with those pin boards for a cheap but immersive way of covering all the cables.
Thanks so much. You have the flight Seat Pro?
@@g-locmedia yeah, it's a pretty good chair. Suffers from a bit of cushion compaction but otherwise a great seat overall.
i owned the tFlight rudders years back, and they are ok for the price, bet not very smooth and very narrow. So pretty soon i upgraded to the Logitech or saitek G rudder pedals (which ever you can find) . They are so much better, and round 150€ new so not expensive. If i had maybe 1 thing i could improve on them is that they are still a bit to narrow for me. i would like em even wider.
More premium options you could look at are, the Turtle beach Volocity, or the Vipril Ace rudders. both of them being around 300€
The TPR pedals are indeed pretty solid, but also 500€. no problem for you maybe, but for anyone who likes to save a buck.. remember , they only move your rudder and/or nosewheel.
Thanks for taking the time to go through your thoughts in this. Turtle beach had been mention med a few times as a good value option that’s still pretty good quality.
If in budget go with the Brunner CLS-E MK II Rudder Pedals. Nice rig.
Got a set of them from Brunner at the moment. Unfortunately they are going back soon but they are on my buy list for 2024.
Are you running the screens at 4k? How do you get consistent framerates at 3x4k?
I have been thinking about getting maybe 1 4k screen in the middle and two 1080p for the sides or maybe 3 1080 and be done with it
DLSS and frame generation on the 4080 works wonders.
This setup is a straight BEAST!! You've definitely gained a new sub!!
thanks mate. I have an update video coming this week I reckon you'll love
Looking forward to it bro, KEEP UP THE GOOD CONTENT!! @@g-locmedia
That’s a common thread here with the TM rudder pedals. Everyone seems to love them.
Virpil rudder pedals. I can tune those where they feel like the planes i fly irl.
Awesome setup brother!
Thanks mate. What kind of planes do you fly?
@@g-locmedia da-42 and Cessna. Have some experience on the 737 but back in 09 there was no work.
I would recommend using track ir but I only have it working on the vertical axis. I then have a shortcut for looking behind.

The Winwing stuff is top notch I will say that.
you should use DisplayPort on those resolutions/refresh rates - probably why HDMI is giving you so many issues
The TVs are HDMI so I have hdmi to display port converters.
Hi nice setup! How have you mounted the Virpil Control Panel to hang off the desk?
It's actually mounted to the NLR Flight Sim Pro.
I use VR now, but I recently bought a 55" screen for SIM. I kinda want two more and run it like yours. That said, do you think three screens rival VR?
It’s a really hard one. For me I loose too much with a VR headset. Sure I get the depth perception but I loose peripheral sight, loose sight of all my controls and I haven’t tried a headset yet that’s not too big and clunky. For combat flight sim though I think VR is there.
Oh, was that Ayers Rock at start of the video?
Yes. You have a keen eye!
Hi
Nice videos you have done for the Brunner CLS-E NG and CLS-E MK II Rudder Pedals :)
First I wondering if there are some improvements of the yoke accept the force if you are comparing the CLS-E NG vs CLS-E MK II?
No matter where I am looking I can only see reviews in Nono jet aircraft. When coming for Jets like B737. There is none. It should be since the units is a great piece of equipment for FS. Anyway I am using PRosim737NG and I am looking for FFB units for my cockpit :)
What is your opinion of the Bruner Units for Prosim or the inbult 737/ PMDG737?
Best regards Fredrik
Thank you
Not sure I fully understand your question. Also most of my testing is with GA aircraft as that’s what I tend to fly.
@@g-locmedia Do you know someone who has tested the units in a B737?
Love the rig! When you are flying GA, how are you manipulating the individual panel controls, such as the G1000 functions?
I will have to mainly use the mouse. I’d love one of those G1000 units so I could have proper control but they are a bit out of my reach at the moment.
How far away are your eyes from the tv screens? I’m looking at 48” and 55” size and want to try to get it close to me right behind my sim racing wheel and flight sim controls.
I’ll give it a measure
Have you thought of using those immersive eye goggles to make your vision even more realistic?
Yea they’re not up there yet. Too clunky, uncomfortable and I loose the tactile feel of the cockpit. Might be good for combat flight sim though.
I wish that there were some way to manipulate your inertial frame of reference to simulate an accelerated one. That way, upon rotation, you could “feel” the takeoff.
What RAM does your computer need to run this setup?
I'm running 64GB of DDR5 but honestly im not sure how much ram is actually needed. I see lots of people run 32GB DDr4 with no issues.
Do you have some sort of structure behind the boards where you're mounting the TV's?
I do and I’m planning on having it in a video this weekend.
@@g-locmedia Thanks!
